So did you gain best when your routine was nice and easy or when you bumped up the intensity?
For me it seems to be a nice and easy routine. 1 day on one off or 2 days on 1 off of basic gentle exercises. When i bumped up the intensity my gains stopped even though i didn't experience and negative PI's.
