Do you do a warm up before excersing? If so which one and per haps how its done. Would help out the newbies like myself.

I use a rice sock also... For about fifteen minutes
5- for top and sides
5- for underside
5- fully wrapped
So far it works me but I might up the time when I get olderMy log of greatness
