There are woman regardless if you stimulate at the cul-du-sac will not orgasm through intercourse alone. This is just a fact that I have learned in my 40 years of life. I have met those who do and who don't and I can screw for a long time and have always had enough length to reach bottom. 90% percent is bs because no man alive has been with 90% percent of females on this green earth to know that as a fact. Actually, it is commonly reported that many don't with out some type of extra foreplay. Only few in my lifetime have I been with who do excreting extra white fluid from the orgasm (which I come to find out is a sperm killer, believe that?).

So if she can't, she can't but, yes, it does take reaching bottom. My current GF & lover (although she's currently in another country) is different than the past girls I've been with.
She had never had an orgasm before we got together. I'm the kind of guy that really cares about my significant other during sex.
(example: I'd be happy with me only cumming once per sex session, and her coming 3-5 times... or more! )
