I kegel as often as I think about it, which is throughout the day, 24/7. I also kegel when I am doing my blasters with the A stretch. I've reached the point where I can kegel my stretched flaccid penis another inch or more, especially if I'm completely relaxed. The more relaxed I am, the further I can kegel it.
I can kegel my erect penis from nine o'clock to ten o'clock, and on a good day,to eleven o'clock.Going411by7 (I was a grower; now I'm a shower).

My Bc muscle has gotten very musculer very fast for some reason.I rubbed one out last night and I put my finger on my perineum to see how stong it was when I came.When I came it flexed and it felt like the size of a golf ball.I got a mini bicep rollin down there,lol. I dont know if this is good or bad but it felt awesome.
