            Interesting poll. I like the "hypnotism" option. But I don't think many people have had success with that one. Maybe we just haven't given it a chance. "Abracadabra, grow, grow, grow!"

                        My answer is the same. I would stick with a exercise that you can do in a variety of ways (direction, grip, rep time).
