I started out wearing an ADS. I made my first gain of .25 that way. Then I started reading this forum. Found out your suppose to do manual to start out in order to be safe and condition. So I did a jp 90 like routine but kept with the ads. It was working so I didn't want to stop. I always felt the devices are what worked best for me but I think as long as whatever you do if you do it consistently you will gain. It seems like most of your gainers here prefer manual. I do only a little bit of hands on these days.8/2015 BPFSL 6.5" bpel 6.5" 5" meg.

I think most people would have gained from both at some stage if they have been doing PE for a decent amount of time.As Jock mentioned having a BOTH choice would have been good.Thats how I would have voted.A FOOL AND HIS MONEY ARE SOON PARTYING
