I would like to explain my situation to understand what state is my pelvic floor and possibly what to do.

When the penis is flaccid, the whole area from the testicles to the anus seems relatively soft (or too loose).
When the penis is erect, the area is very tough, and I have a real penis extension that runs through the testicles to the anus, I can feel it in the hand that has the shape of the penis, hard as it is as if it was all a big penis.
In the past I did kegel exercises (no rk).
I think I understand what the muscle to train with K ( ?? I think they isolation traits).
I move well the muscle to do the exercises K.
Questions:
Is this a case of an unbalanced pelvic floor? That 's what I found a tense pelvic floor?
What do you advise me to do?

Lately I am most of the RK, I read about them, but I do not know if I can do well, I can not feel a real muscle movement (as happens with K), and especially, when the penis is erect, for example during sex, I can not do RK to relax the pelvic floor.
