I have a soreness in the area slightly above my asshole (sorry lmao) most likely from doing reverse kegels too hard? I feel a dull ache there occasionally, and if I press down on this area I can feel the pain a bit more. Is a soft massage with two fingers advisable during this? And in general, would massaging that area help with PE? I'm taking a small break from kegels as of rn and don't want to do the tennis ball massage because the surface of the tennis ball would be rougher than fingers.
