its time for a PreE Journal. Any advice or just random questions from the PreE family is encouraged!
My goal is to master my ejaculation, , and hopefully motivate a fella or two.
I'm 20 y.o and have suffered from severe PreE since my first masturbation experience at 10 or 11. I was a weird kid, and I could go on for hours about my fucked up sexual insecurities and anxieties from that age. I was afraid of ejaculating. I would watch porn clips for hours, and almost reach orgasm without any stimulation at all. I felt incredibly guilty when watching porn or masturbating
I do have a gf, and we have an OK sex life, maybe more to the bad side. We see each other 1-2 days a week at the moment, although sometimes more.
if i didnt hold my ejaculation (like the multi-orgasmic technique?) i would ejaculate within the first few pumps, and lately its consistently been the first. I can hold my ejac but it leaves me with weaker orgasms and a half-limp dick. At least we get to have real intercourse for a while.
I make up for my penis' shortcomings with with my hands and my mouth instead
I want to be able to fuck for hours. I want to be able to decide when i want to ejac. I want to drop this technique of holding back my ejaculation, since it ruins my orgasms and sometimes hurt my penis. Its also very inconvenient to stop all the time and hold back my ejaculation. I am getting really sick of PreE. This is currently the biggest problem in my life(maybe i should get bigger problems hehe), and i want to get rid of it.
My Plan to start with:
-Edging 3-4 times / week. More if i have time. No porn. No distractions. I will probably incorporate audio stimulation, pictures or an STU as my edging results improve.
-kegels + reverse kegels every day. I got an app, kegel camp, which mixes both long and short holds, with increasing difficulty as you progress.
-Browse the forums, study success stories, ask questions.
