    Hi everyone!

    its time for a PreE Journal. Any advice or just random questions from the PreE family is encouraged!
    My goal is to master my ejaculation, , and hopefully motivate a fella or two.

    I'm 20 y.o and have suffered from severe PreE since my first masturbation experience at 10 or 11. I was a weird kid, and I could go on for hours about my fucked up sexual insecurities and anxieties from that age. I was afraid of ejaculating. I would watch porn clips for hours, and almost reach orgasm without any stimulation at all. I felt incredibly guilty when watching porn or masturbating

    I do have a gf, and we have an OK sex life, maybe more to the bad side. We see each other 1-2 days a week at the moment, although sometimes more.
    if i didnt hold my ejaculation (like the multi-orgasmic technique?) i would ejaculate within the first few pumps, and lately its consistently been the first. I can hold my ejac but it leaves me with weaker orgasms and a half-limp dick. At least we get to have real intercourse for a while.
    I make up for my penis' shortcomings with with my hands and my mouth instead

    I want to be able to fuck for hours. I want to be able to decide when i want to ejac. I want to drop this technique of holding back my ejaculation, since it ruins my orgasms and sometimes hurt my penis. Its also very inconvenient to stop all the time and hold back my ejaculation. I am getting really sick of PreE. This is currently the biggest problem in my life(maybe i should get bigger problems hehe), and i want to get rid of it.


    My Plan to start with:
    -Edging 3-4 times / week. More if i have time. No porn. No distractions. I will probably incorporate audio stimulation, pictures or an STU as my edging results improve.

    -kegels + reverse kegels every day. I got an app, kegel camp, which mixes both long and short holds, with increasing difficulty as you progress.

    -Browse the forums, study success stories, ask questions.

    Lets do this!

    Add some pelvic floor stretching as well like hindi squats. Reverse kegels are good for balancing out regular kegels but they aren't going to stretch your pelvic floor which helps keep it relaxed.

        monday 11/7

        Didnt do any edging this weekend because i stayed over at a friends house. Did do kegels once a day.
        Had an edging session today. Went alright. I set the timer to 20 minutes. I had to stop for the first time after maybe 4 minutes, then i had to stop more and more frequently. I stopped maybe ten times total. I seem to have been doing edging wrong this whole time. I used to stop just RIGHT before orgasm, like blowing on my dick would pretty much get me to ejac, Which i used to think was the PONR? and could never really recover from that point. Now i stop as soon as i feel the slightest tingle, i wait for a couple of seconds, and can continue for a while.

        ill update tomorrow aswell, and will take time to read up on hindi squats

          I do a kegel routine Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. I do 5 front and back kegels for 20 seconds as hard as I can, then I do 2 medium strength holds for a minute each. After that I do a 20 minute hindi squat. On the days I don't do kegels I do a 15 minute hindi squat in the morning after I wake up and sometimes a 5-10 minute one before bed. I like hindi squats because they stretch your hips as well and mine tend to be tight.

          I used to balance my kegel routine with reverse kegels, but after a while I learned about the hindi squat and have been using that ever since as balance, which has worked really well for me. I only use RKs to stop IKs now.

              thursday 11/10
              was sick tuesday through wednesday. Forgot about kegels and didnt feel like edging at all.

              had an edging session today. Didnt go very well. It feels like when my penis and pelvic floor tightens up, there's no going back. I cant seem to get back to a more "normal" state, even after resting for a while, i quickly return to this state. I dont really feel that aroused either. Might need some of those stretches

              it makes such a big difference when i try to be focused and present vs trying to distract myself. If i masturbate with a distraction i can go for a loooong time. When focused i feel the urge after just a couple of minutes...

              Goal for tomorrow: focus on breathing during edging, and try hindi squats!

                on an unrelated note, My libido has decreased by quite a bit ever since i stopped watching porn 1-2 weeks ago. Is this normal?? i was hoping for the opposite.

                  Update:
                  fell sick for a couple of days. Did have sex this weekend, and lasted for a whole 10 pumps! thats like a 900% increase in stamina Great sex after that though!

                  Fell out of my routine while sick, now getting back into it.
                  Did notice some pain in hips and knees while doing hindi squat, so im easing into it.
                  Plan for tomorrow: Kegel routine twice, and an edging session

                  And now im probably unemployed while waiting for school to start in january, so i've got a lot of time and energy to get the results i want.

                    Hey everyone
                    had a rough couple of weeks. i've been having headaches every other day, and wheezing and couching.i need to get my health in check.
                    Edging results have also gotten worse as of lately. Don't know what happened. Might be because its been 2-3 days between sessions instead of everyday.

                    Hindi squats seem to work quite well if performed before my edging session, it gives me an extra minute or two until PONR.

                    I don't really feel my RKs working during masturbation. and I need to tense my abs to even be able to perform them. I hope they will work with some practice.

                    Feeling better now, and getting back into it.

                      An edging session today. Did not go so well. I think i am stopping too late, and i cant seem to get back down to a normal level.

                      so its been about a month since the start of this log. I have not really seen any results, which is quite discouraging. My edging has gotten worse, but i feel like im slowly getting the hang of reverse kegels.
                      i will continue to edge and hindi squat every day, and rk + kegels every other day for another four weeks, and go from there.

                        Have you thought about eliminating kegels and doing rk and hindu squats only?

                            had an edging session last night. Did it right after my 15 min hindu squats, and i still had trouble. I could Barely go ~30 seconds on/30 seconds off for 15 minutes. I dont know wtf is happening

                              How long can you hold a rk for?

                              You also may have overworked your rk muscles, so maybe a day or 2 rest is what you need. I know from exp it's tricky not to push too hard when doing a rk.
