The psoas is often called the fight or flight muscle, this tense muscle can create anxiety.
The hip flexor muscles 'iliopsoas' often become very tight which can then create anterior pelvic tilt, premature ejaculation etc
When this muscle is released it will help fix your apt meaning the pelvic tilt can then be corrected.
As well as doing the correct stretches I also 'release' the psoas in my lower stomach area with a tennis ball, and then I dig my fingers behind my pelvic bone to further release the muscle.
