    Hey, Drummer19 here.

    I am in the progress forum working on the AP90 and in the meantime I will be in the forums to answer questions.

    Quick story... I fixed me Pre-E years ago. Started at 2-seconds flat to an incredible total control.
    I have several threads dedicated to my problems, day-by-day progress, and solutions. I then left because I accomplished my goal and moved on with my life.


    In the process of what I believe ultimately fixed me, I stopped watching porn for about a year. Slowly over the years I have gotten into the habit of watching porn again, and now it impacted my relationship in that I couldn't get hard for her. My pre-E didn't return entirely, but I don't have as much control as I used to!


    I am here to answer questions for Pre-E as long as I am seeking help for my porn addiction.

        Drummer,

        In fixing your pre-e did you notice any other changes? Particularly in hardness of erections, ease of obtaining an erection, and/or ability to maintain an erection for longer periods? Thanks for taking the time mate

              Hey Drummer, thanks to your arousal program, I have been able to edge 20 mins straight without reaching PONR for the first 2 nights in a row! You are appreciated man. When I have a girl over, it is completely different though! I could have an erection for 3 hours straight since we start to make out. That puts so much pressure on my dick that it just explodes after I put it in! Do you think arousal control will help with this?

                I never used to be so bad, I could always go for a min, then stop, then another min etc. My girlfrienf at the time then told me that I do not satisfy her anymore, and that made me so aware of PE, that I became a extreme PE case. I know this is a mental issue. I just wish I know how to overcome it!

                  Last question once you left the site, could you constantly last long during sex? Would you say you lasted longer more often than not lasting long?

                      All three and MORE. My entire outlook on life changed. The way my penis functioned changed. My depression went away. It was literally complete control!

                          Well it is most important that your figure out how you got to where you are; what habits/events led to your condition. Remember that it is not natural to have NO control and that there IS a solution. I you can remember that, you are off to a good start!

                          1. Doing Kegels and Reverse Kegels to equalize my pelvic floor was the first step for me.
                          2. Then the Arousal Techniques to understand HOW my body was reacting to arousal and stimulation.
                          3. Then a move completely away from arousal and minimal masturbation in order to balance my reaction to arousal.

                          That is the shortest I can get the answer to your question. I have several threads, you are more than welcome to ask questions about them if you need.

                            Yes I believe arousal control is the next step.

                            You are at a good place. I can remember whenever I got to that point. I could finally edge for as long as I wanted, but when put in a real life situation, it was not the same...

                            That is where arousal comes in. Your body still reacts by over-arousing itself. Your body knows the difference between the real thing and nothing.

                            If by arousal control you mean when you are experimenting with arousal techniques you are in turn arousing yourself, and your body is still staying in an aroused state. It is good to start with this to understand how your body reacts, but then stop arousal completely to reboot. Take a look at the Average-Overall-Arousal Theory . It details what I am talking about.

                              Sometimes it is an anxiety issue! Not my specialty. I thought mine was too, but it ended up being a physical issue.
