    Hi Everyone,

    I made an account just so I could post this. I hope this will benefit atleast one person, as I know how frustrating and defeating PE is. I will be as concise as possible, no one has time for novels.

    About me: 22 years old, healthy, and started masturbating when I was 13 (before I could even phsyically ejaculate lol). I never really thought I had an issue but I guess you could say I was a late bloomer so it didn't come into reality until this past year with a consistent hookup buddy of mine. I could bring her to orgasm with anything but my dick. I'm talking like one suck of a BJ and I'd blow (countless times), and other embarassing situations. Long story short it wasn't an issue besides the fact that I couldn't fuck her the way I should have. We've gone our own ways as well now so you could say I was extremely motivated to never be in this situation again. I also came across this situation with a one night stand or two.

    Next steps
    : Through some research I realized that all those teenage years masturbating in my room, ofcourse trying to be silent and sneaky, made me body get used to orgasming quick. Not good. Theres tons of info out there how porn screws with your brain and sex in real life so I won't go into that. I also realized that what was leading to my PE was weakness in my pubic muscles. For example, lets say I was watching a porno. My dick would sort of 'jump' around without my control and I precumed ALOT. This was similar to the feeling and 'jumpiness' I experienced when trying to hold back orgasms I didn't want happening yet. I will also say I previously bought a fleshlight to work on my stamina. Wish I was joking, but I would penetrate it and two pumps I'd be fighting for my life not to blow. Again, I experienced that same 'jumpiness' in my penis.

    Now I am 99% positive that it was weak pubic area muscles that I developed from habit of masturbation just for quick and often pleasure that was the cause of my PE because I have solved my issue in two weeks already. And how do I know this? Because the other day I fucked my fleshlight for 10 minutes. I was in such shock but couldn't be happier.

    So how to solve your PE:

    I originally came across this post from PEGym, which helped me take the right first step https://www.pegym.com/forums/prematu...ive-guide.html specifically step #3 & #4.

    - What I added and built upon it -

    There are five 'exercises' to do. I am no doctor and do not know the specific muscle names so bear with me.
    1. Contract the muscle between your testicle and asshole (or the gooch as some call it).
    Ex. Stopping pee flow

    2. Push out the muscle between your testicles and asshole (or the gooch as some call it).
    Ex. Pushing out remnant pee flow

    3. Contract your rectum.
    Ex. Squeezing your asshole

    4. Push out your rectum.
    Ex. As you can imagine

    5. Grab the head of your penis with your thumb and pointer and pull it away from your body.
    -With this you will feel almost a pulsating feeling. That is what I felt when I described my penis 'jumping'

    You won't be able to determine the difference between 1 and 3 muscles your first few tries, but still try anyway. As your muscles get strong you will soon be able to differentiate and work them out seperately.

    For each exercise 1-4, do 10 reps and hold that rep for 3 seconds. Wait 3 seconds. Then do the next rep, etc. For contract, you squeeze and hold. For push, you push and hold. For exercise 5, hold for 30 seconds.

    You may also feel like WTF am I doing (I did), but I promise this will strengthen the muscles and when they're stronger you will be able to differentiate them. You will also realize these can be used to stop ejaculation urge during the act (similar to Kegels I guess).

    Do not push or squeeze extremely hard where it hurts. It should be firm, but don't hurt yourself.

    This worked and continues to work for me. I am also noticing a correlation between how long I can hold the squeeze of my rectum and how long I last. You wil start to see some progress and will want to up how long you hold the reps for. I do not have an amount where you solve your problem. Everyone has different degrees of PE. I will say use your own judgement here. Also, I didn't want to over do it. All muscles need rest to get stronger. Do this 3x a week max.

    I am a firm believer you do not need pills, creams, or thick condoms to solve your PE.

      Good advice here. You are one of the lucky ones as 2 weeks is a shockingly short time to resolve Pre-E ....kudos

      I have been on a strict routine for 4 months and have only seen minimal but gradual improvement, admittedly my Pre-E may be more severe.
