Thread: We make this harder than it is
- 12-11-2016 #31
Look, I don`t have crazy sensitivity and I don`t say RKs are useless.I just think they are the symptom and not the cause.I have history with RKs and I know they do help, but just to some degree. And this is what we want, to fuck the lights out of the girls and do it whateva pose we want.I think you didn`t read my first post in this thread, if you haven`t, please read it and you will understand what I mean.

At one time the mainstream view was that all pre e was head issues and anxiety.
My view has allways been that pre e can be physical or head issues and is most often both .
My work is focused on the physical part because that is where I can most help .
Here is a thing though, when you do a physical positive action to aid an issue you have it helps your head space . So if a problem is totally physical then physical action should cure it . If a problem is a combination the physical action might get you over the line head space wise as well since seeing physical improvement will help . That leaves issues which are totally head related which I think are a minority and they should seek counselling .

Its your loss, i am right.
I went from spasming crazy to muuch less spasms. Iks are a symptom yes, from a bad pelvic floor.
And as i Said there are Those cases where its in the head (maybe you?)
You are just using theories, people like myself who were very tense need to quit kegels and focus rks and stretches for months until you get loose. Training halfassed may improve a bit but what makes it take
So long for people is because they use regular kegels.
Tense pelvic floor? Skip kegels

Iks should always happend, but just at ponr to make you ejaculate, being tense bring Those iks up earlier than they should come

If the "Reverse Kegel" in this case refers to the one where the BC muscles are contracted- which is the one I'm referring to- then we are speaking of something else.
That being said, even if we're referring to a form of kegel which did stretch any antagonistic muscles, even in the best case scenario you'd have antagonistic action- which would engage the strained muscle. This isn't something to be recommended for injuries or anything beyond very mild injury.Want One FREE Month of Coaching? PM or email me for details- or CLICK HERE
