    Hi Everyone,

    This is one my very first post. I will be keeping a Premature Ejaculation training log to cure my Pre E.

    I've purchased a book that received some great reviews (How to Make Love All Night (and Drive a Woman Wild) by Barbara Keesling, Ph.D.) and will be re-reading the MUST READ Sticky Threads - Premature Ejaculation Forum in fine detail as a primer.

    I'll start with a baseline record of my time and in the coming weeks and months hope to see some improvement in my time.

    Baseline recording: 22 seconds using Fleshlight and Astroglide.

    Thoughts: Wow. I didn't expect to last long as it has been a while since I had sex - but wow. That's discouraging.

    I guess the positive in the situation is that things can only get better from here.

    Ha, yeah in the beginning you need a stop watch not a clock.

    You'll likely be encouraged to delay ejac as long as possible using either a stop/start method or "plateau edging" or some variation of the two, vs go as hard as you can 'til you blow and check the time.

    Curious to know what strategies your book encourages though. Good luck.

    Today's results: 31 minutes and 57 seconds (ish) total using my hand and Astroglide. (I say 'ish' as my finger slipped and double tapped the lap timer).

    Interval 1 = 6:16
    Rest 1 = 0:10 approx
    Interval 2 = 5:34
    Rest 2 = 0:20 approx
    Interval 3 =1:23
    Rest 3 = 0:30
    Interval 4 = 17:40

    Thoughts:
    • Encouraging & puzzling that I lasted so long today. I didn't use any porn, just my imagination. I did have reason to be optimistic as I lasted just over 26 minutes in a second session yesterday using my hand and a liberal amount of hand/body lotion. Today I surpassed that, and am happy with that small victory.
    • I was inadvertently tensing my kegel muscle from time to time and had to relax it more than a few times. I imagine that if I was thrusting, I wouldn't even notice I was tensing it - something to keep aware of and pay special attention to as my training progresses.
    • I used Reverse Kegels a few times - 3 times I think to actively stop me from going past where I feel I couldn't get back from. RKs and breathing with my abdomen seemed to help as well
    • Don't know if I am imagining it, but breathing with my abdomen seemed to relax me more - so another thing to keep aware of.
    • Seems like my last interval was on cruise control. I varied speed and grip, and the while the feeling was good, I didn't feel that I was going to the PONR - cruise control. Wonder if this will happen again in tomorrow's session.

    The two differences between yesterday and today was porn and use of the Fleshlight. I think I'm going to train with my hand for the next few weeks then maybe try don't plateau edging for a few more weeks. After that I will start edging with the Fleshlight and see what the outcome is.

    I have a sneaking suspicion that Riley Steele is my achilles heel. 😀

    I had sex with my wife twice last night and while I don't know how long I lasted, it was much longer than my usual couple of thrusts. I felt like I was in a bit of control until I lost myself in a bit of dirty talk. When Mrs. TF responded that pushed me over the PONR.

    Something to investigate is my arousal response.

    I have stopped the porn, and now realize how much of a habit it was in my daily routine. Sad but true.

    Its not sad brother, it's great that you recognized it& willing to fix it. I struggle with porn myself, I know it can be difficult. Glad you are making progress

    A byproduct of cutting out the porn is that I'm either fantasizing undressing pretty much every attractive woman I see, or having the raunchiest of thoughts throughout the day. It won't be long until my wife hits me with a sexual harassment suit. 😄
