When I'm laying on my back, I have no problem breathing and having my stomach rise and fall comfortably, but when I sit in a chair with good posture or stand, I have trouble getting the inflation. If I try to inflate I wind up tensing my abs. I still feel my pelvic floor very slightly inflate when sitting or standing, but the feeling isn't the same as when I lay down.
Is it like that for everybody, or should the stomach puff out while standing as well?
