  • Some Clarification Please !

    Hello Everyone,

I suffer from PE and i try somethings and here is what i found if i focus on the shaft(while masturbating) i could go from 10 -20 minutes easy but the issue is when i focus on the glans i cant help it at all and i would cum in a minute or 2, Glans are too sensitive(in a good way).

so is it wrong to focus on the shaft alone trying to re-wire my brains?

also this subject(premature ejaculation) could be really confusing at times, i mean some threads say practice kegels and some reverse kegels while others says don't engage your pelvic muscle at all.

So i simply have no idea what to do here!

So all i am trying right now is to masturbate without porn and try to relax my self which i have a hard time doing (relaxing myself i mean)

Yes. You should often include the glans in your training. However you should also stroke all the way down to the base and move it around to stretch the BC muscle.

Thats a great first step. Work on your Hindi squat and frog stretch too.

Yeah if there was a scientific consensus about PreE you should follow that. When the best evidence available is forums of people experimenting on themselves expect a lot of noise in the data.

Hey Lazy, welcome to the forums, we are glad you took the time to join. We usually recommend to new members that the read all the threads there are in the START HERE button located above in the main website or in the stickies in the beginner forums. Learn what we are all about, why we are here and what we do. Research on this site Edging for stamina training and I think it will help with your Pre-E symptoms. Again, welcome, we are glad to have you here.

There was scientific consensus years ago ; it was all a head thing.

            They were wrong.

i didn't say it's a bad thing to have a lot of opinions or info, i just think that for someone like me who started looking for answers that it's easy to get confused or lost.

i apologize if it sounded as if i were offending these people. my bad
