Congrats man. Well done. Just on the edging progression. In steps 1-4, did you incorporate all 4 steps in one edging session or did you only use step 1 for a week, then step 1 and 2 for a week etc..

I would stay on a step until I was relatively comfortable with it. Once I was comfortable I would move on to the next step. The main key is NOT to get near the PONR and come down. The key is to be riding that 7/10 (feels good, but I'm not going to cum) with a relaxed pelvic floor. Inevitably you will have to bring yourself down. Even on the final steps, your opening strokes shouldn't be that stimulating.

So penis stretche and tennis ball massage were your main pelvic floor relaxing exercises.
Can you elaborate on how long a day you spent doing this and bit more detail on your specific routine please?

Hey man, it's fantastic that you were able to fix your problem, and many thanks for posting this summary. If you have a moment, would you mind expanding on a few details?
(1) What sort of time frame did this look like for you? How many weeks/months did you tend to spend on each stage?
(2) The lifting analogy is great. What exactly did you apply this progression mentality to? Edging duration, grip tightness, stroke speed, or all 3?
(3) Like you near the start, I can fairly easily edge for 20+ minutes (and possibly indefinitely) without porn, and it becomes even easier if I'm doing something like watching TV in the background. However, as soon as I add porn to the mix it all goes out the window. How did you go about introducing it, given your lifting analogy?

I've changed edging technique from "start -> 9/10 -> stop" to this "riding at 7/10" and it really makes me feel in control but I'm afraid that when it comes to sex, I will just lose control in first minute and then battle ponr all the time.
So your PONR came much later even in real sex?
