  • Confusion with both edging and kegels.

    To give a bit of history about myself, I tried doing some PE when I was 18, but wasn't committed enough and gave up. I'm actually pretty confident with my penis size, I may try to do it a little bit later after I fix my premature ejaculation.
    I'm now 20 years old and recently got broken up with about a week ago. Our sex life was pretty good, until I got lazy and got comfortable being in a relationship. I won't talk about the lameness of that.
    It's not like I came in a minute or two, sometimes I would last 5 minutes, other times I could last 20 minutes. But towards the end I think I trained my brain to cum quickly, and not enjoy the whole beauty of lovemaking.
    Now that I have time to be alone, I'd like to retrain my brain and have good control of my ejaculations.

    I read the extensive guide here on fixing PE. I had a few questions though.
    Edge with or without porn? When I edge without porn I can really only maintain like level 6 EQ. I could go on for about 15 minutes. With porn thats when I start doing involuntarily kegeling, maintaining about a level 8 EQ, and reaching PONR rapidly. Should I stick it out just try my best to get harder erections without porn? Or should I try to last as long as possible while watching porn?

    Another question is Kegels. I'm really not sure which one is a regular kegel or a reverse kegel. My understanding is that a regular kegel is the thing I feel in my taint when I flex it and I can bounce my penis up and down with it. Which is also the thing that makes me orgasm quickly.
    Reverse kegels I'm not really sure I got them, is it when you try to push all the urine out of your system as quickly and forcibly as possible? Like flexing your abs?

    I really appreciate your guy's help on this!
    Also has anyone made EVO? I'm thinking of trying to make some of that for edging.

    Porn is bad, avoid it,
    You are right about kegels, you don't "force" a reverse kegel, you just relax the muscle and let it "drop" pushing too hard adds tension.

      Okay, my session today, I felt harder than the last. Is it wrong to kegel to force a harder erection? I feel like I already know the answer, it probably won't help in the long run with premature ejac.

      I'm still so confused with a reverse kegel.. lol

        Yes this is bad and will lead to you lasting less time. It's also bad to kegel to experience those intense feelings of pleasure.

        Try kegeling weakly first before you RK. If someone asked me right now to relax my biceps I would have trouble, but if I tensed it a tiny bit first I would become aware of it and be able to relax it more than back to it current level of tension.

          Hi, I'm in a similar situation with the edging- with porn ponr is reached a lot quicker and I'm less in control,without porn eq not as good and harder to reach ponr. I'm thinking the visual of porn is increasing my arousal and I'm literally near level 8 instantly 😞 Sometimes my gf will do it for me we put a timer on for 20 mins and I'm having better eq but still no way near reaching the ponr as I do while watching porn. What is the best way? I just keep on trying

            Quit porn and deal with worse EQ for a month. That's the best way.

            List the good things porn does for you and the bad. Then quit porn and see what happens. Your EQ and libido will likely go down after a week for a while but they will return.

            I'm on day 7 of no porn and I feel normal, but around now is when it's supposed to get tough.

              My EQ has gotten better from day 1 for sure. I'm still in the mourning phase of a break up so it's actually hard for me to be edge every day.

                Try to do 100% meditative reverse kegels every minute you are awake. The RK part will help your PreE and the meditative part will help with your anxiety and sadness.
