I'm now 20 years old and recently got broken up with about a week ago. Our sex life was pretty good, until I got lazy and got comfortable being in a relationship. I won't talk about the lameness of that.
It's not like I came in a minute or two, sometimes I would last 5 minutes, other times I could last 20 minutes. But towards the end I think I trained my brain to cum quickly, and not enjoy the whole beauty of lovemaking.
Now that I have time to be alone, I'd like to retrain my brain and have good control of my ejaculations.

Edge with or without porn? When I edge without porn I can really only maintain like level 6 EQ. I could go on for about 15 minutes. With porn thats when I start doing involuntarily kegeling, maintaining about a level 8 EQ, and reaching PONR rapidly. Should I stick it out just try my best to get harder erections without porn? Or should I try to last as long as possible while watching porn?
Another question is Kegels. I'm really not sure which one is a regular kegel or a reverse kegel. My understanding is that a regular kegel is the thing I feel in my taint when I flex it and I can bounce my penis up and down with it. Which is also the thing that makes me orgasm quickly.
Reverse kegels I'm not really sure I got them, is it when you try to push all the urine out of your system as quickly and forcibly as possible? Like flexing your abs?
