    Hey guys

    So today i had sex.It had been two years since the last time i had sex so despite my previous month of stretching,exercising and preparing for this moment that would inevitably come on day or another,i didn't expect much,i didn't expect to last very long. I've been doing 2x10mn of hindi squat religiously every day as well as penis stretches,random RKs during the day and the occasional Stamina Unit Training edging session.

    I've been with this girl for some time now ( a few months ) and thus far i had avoided sex because i dreaded it.We only stuck to foreplay and i got really good at oral along the way,making her cum everytime so i had that going on for me at least.But i decided that this day was the day i would break my 2 year streak without sex.

        Ahahaha no i didn't record anything,didn't have the proper recording gear around anyway.
        But this is just a reminder that a month of training is nothing and that curing Pre E is like weightlifting,results come with time.

              congrats buddy.
              1 month of training is not enough to cure pre-e,
              but 1 month of training is enough to test and see that you are improving or not,
              and you have improved but you could have improved much more if you had done these following things in that month,

              regular routine of reverse kegel,
              at least 5 hindi squats,
              not ejaculating on every edging session, ejaculating on 3rd session.
              using a bit tighter grip in edgin.

              you would have reached 15 or 20 minutes instead of 8.
              but still you have improved and this should encourage you to work more on it.

                Congrats on finally taking the plunge every1one! You can't overcome pre-E without having sex. You can try to condition yourself with the STU all you want and it can help, but it can't help like practicing inside her.
                If you have been with this girl for a few months and have avoided sex, she obviously cares a great deal for you. This first encounter with her should relieve your anxiety a great deal. You weren't expecting much and it sounds like you did better than you thought you could.
                Glad to hear you have worked on other ways to please her besides intercourse. After 2 years with no sex, I'd say you did great. Practice, practice, practice with her.

                  Thanks man.By 5 hindi squats do you mean 5 holds of 10mn ? that seems like a huge increase in volume.I'll take the rest of your advice into account for later thank you.As for the duration of the thing,i voluntarily finished because i wasn't going to be alone home much longer and didn't want to be..interrupted.At that rythm i could've last longer but as i said,way too slow and steady rythm.

                    you can decrease the duration to around 7 minutes,
                    5x7 daily.

                    do my prescribed routine for 20 days and you will see the huge improvements.

                      I'd like to thank everyone else as well,the reason i keep going is in part because of you guys,because you all motivate me and because everyone's input brings a lot to the table in terms of informations and so on,i could not do it without you that's for sure,not without this forum.
