    Does anyone else get IKs at the most random of times like for example:
    • getting up from a squat position
    • at the end of urination
    • spooning my GF


    should i be trying to block these with RKs as they might be reinforcing kegeling as good?

    Any time you ever get IKs you should do reverse kegels. Eventually you will train yourself to RK when you get IKs without even thinking about.

      I get a hard IK after urinating ever since I started doing RKs.
