Has anyone ACTUALLY had success overcomimg preE?

  • Has anyone ACTUALLY had success overcomimg preE?

    Or is it all just a bunch of hopes and goals? I see a lot of threads to the effect of, "I improved, from 10 seconds to 3 minutes"....but nothing consistent.

    I have only been able to overcome prem E one way, and thats drinking alcohol. I dont know if its desensitizing me mentally or physically, but when i drink, i can last as long as i want. Nothing else has worked. I would like to stop relying on this though because i know how unhealthy it is and i want to just overcome it naturally. I just havent seen much hope. Are people having sucess with squats, etc....or is it just hopes with little REAL improvement?

    I'm not where I want to be at but I've seen improvements. As of right now I can last as long as I want but its quite a bit of stopping and going and sometimes instead of stopping slower strokes, while standing up from the side. Normal missionary is tricky for more, much more stopping and not really being able to go slow to ward off PONR. Its a jump from where I started though where I couldn't even last from the side standing up. There have been certain times where I was able to go really fast and hard from the side so I can definitely say that some improvement is being shown.

      All most of us can offer is anecdotal evidence. I couldn't last more than a few thrusts. Yet I could almost never get off from handjobs or blowjobs. I followed the advice in this sub-forum, I started to RK whenever I felt an IK, started edging. cut out porn completely and went from masturbating more than once a day to about 3-5 times a week and from about 2-3 minutes to about 20 minutes before ejaculating.

      It's transitioned well with a partner and i've been lasting a lot more. about 4-5 minutes easily but If I go slow and stop whenever I feel close I feel in control and like I can last forever. As a way to occupy myself a bit to prevent over arousal, I was counting the number of thrusts and got over 50. I think positions also matter. Usually just do missionary, I've never been able to last more than 30 seconds with her on top however. I know this isn't exactly what you wanted but It's only been a month since i've been doing PE and trying to fix my preE but it's been going very well.

      I believe very much that continuing to incorporate the exercises and deep breathing aswell as more stamina training will pretty much cure all signs of preE and the only difference is that from person to person the amount of time needed to see significant results may vary.

        Thanks you for the replies. Im glad youre making progress, and this isnt to knock or insult that in any way, but thats exactly what i mean. Its a little discouraging that there are pages and pages of posts with exercises and stretches and advice...but not one success story other than some minor inconsistent improvements at best.

        Does any of this stuff work at all? In my opinion, start/stopping is not success. Thats terrible and sloppy awkward sex for the girl and in no way does that help the problem of not being able to get into a rhythm long enough to just enjoy it and not worry about it.

          That happens a lot with so many things on forums.

          How fast do you cum?
          You can try thinking of something that disgust you(worked for me)
          or cumming beforehand then going again.
          There have been times where Im so wound up I can shoot by just placing the tip in.
          by no means do I suffer from pre e though.

            It seems like you haven't really gone through all the posts, there's plenty of success stories on here. I'm sure there are many more but alot of times, people on forums don't come back to post their success. Also judging by your join date, you been around for a while so you must have had Pre-E since 2012 so what do you have to lose by trying out the methods/techniques here?

              I've recently greatly improved my PreE through 10 months of inconsistent effort. I think if I went back in time I could teach myself to do it in 10 weeks. I'm considering adding a post to the above thread soon.

                  Im not sneering at it. It just doesnt solve MY problem personally. It isnt about math..(ie...I can last 60 times longer than i did before!) Its about having good/great sex. And in my opinion, three minutes of starting and stopping, or thinking about baseball , or trying to do a kegel so you dont cum, or trying to do a reverse kegel at the right moment....is not good sex. People without this problem just have sex for 20 minutes to an hour and dont have to think about anything but enjoying the sex. I want to get to that point, (without drinking).

                    I kinda agree with you in a way. But the thing is, we do have this problem and we have to work at it to make it better! My PE came from nowhere as about a year ago I was fine. I think getting past the first few minutes of sex is the hardest part and then learning to get past this point and then enjoying it. This is my view anyway...

                        Everyone wants a quick fix. If you have been suffering for PE for a long time resign yourself to the fact that this may take years to resolve.

                        I am one of those who has gone from not even being able to having sex to being able to last 5 min at a minimum and 15 at a max. I am nowhere near my sexual prowess goal however I know that this path I am on is this correct one to reach my goals....years down the line

Unless your practice is causing gross physical harm to yourself or others, or you're trying to profit by hawking spurious "cures", you're safe in expressing yourself openly on these forums, GOAT!                             Yeah, and i definitely get the point that a lot of people dont come back to share their success stories, but i was just hoping that wed hear a story or two that definitively says, "YES, i overcame the problem and this is what worked for me..."

                            Progress is great. But if your goal was to dunk a basketball, hearing someone say "i added 3 milimeters to my vertical jump after a year of practice" might not be that encouraging. You want to hear someone who actually made it all the way to being able to dunk. Especially before i dedicate hours a day. I want to hear from someone its worked for.

                              My sex has gone from a horrible, I don't wouldn't to hit on women because they might want to have sex with me level, to a fantastic, every woman deserves to have the privilege of having sex with me level.

                              It has little to do with how long I last (although that has improved too). If you last 30 sec and think that was great you DON'T have PreE. If you last 20 min and think it sucked you HAVE PreE. In medicine, PreE is a mental disorder.

                              This site has tons of great info on the physical lasting longer side. Meditation, acceptance, present moment awareness, and gratitude cured my mental disorder PreE.
