I have some recent success using the fleshlight STU. IDK why it took me so long to make the purchase it really didn't cost a whole lot, and i've noticed exponential gains from it.
Iv'e suffered from PE ever since I can remember. I searched every easy way out I could and eventually found alcohol worked really well. Initially I thought it was because of GABA increase, but now I think it just calms me down drastically, to the point of my muscles not really responding to normal stimulus. Alcohol eventually becomes an addiction and it lowers libido, testosterone...its just not sustainable.
I've been edging with my hand for a long time with no real success. I bought pills thinking it was a chemical imbalance and been pretty upset about the whole thing. I spent a shit ton of money on vitamins and all that against all recommendations on the site. Iv'e always been the type to find things out on my own I guess.
When I got the STU I really didn't think much about it. Once I used it I realized that this was going to be what cured my PE. There is nothing else that feels as real as the STU + you can set it up to mimic positions and practice those positions, and thrusting and full feel of a vagina is difficult part in my opinion. Your giving your self the same exact stimulation as sex without the anxiety of performing so you can stop and study all the responses your body has and begin to iron those out. But you have to actually use it like you would be having sex. you need to thrust in to it. You can mimic almost every position using pillows, etc.
I started using it daily. After reading another post on here that recommended small incremental goals weekly, and doing 7 minute sessions and slowly increasing time from there. I started out by using it for 7 minutes at a time. I would go for about 3 minutes and have to slow down barely hitting PONR. I did this for a couple days. But one day I hit that 3 minute mark and I took notice that as soon as I felt that urge to cum I would do a hard IK. So I decided to move extremely slow, and as soon as that IK would come I would stop, then start again. I repeated the process until I no longer IK'd, slowly increasing speed. I can now go at a consistent slow pace without the IK. I altered my practice by going at a slow pace that is controllable and do not let my body do any IK's for a set amount of time. Every session I try to speed up just a little bit. If I do an IK I stop to iron it out.
I had a girl over this morning and we had sex. I lasted for about 5 minutes! considering I was once a 2 pump chump this was huge for me! I had to go at a slowed controlled pace but I know with more practice I can keep improving.
Iv'e also completely cut out porn, and only use the STU. My goal is to work up to using audio, and eventually go as long as I want only finishing when I want. But for now i'm just happy with some improvement.
I was having erection problems for a little. I couldn't get it up easily, and definitely not a second time. I thought it was just part of turning 30. But I started lifting, getting cardio in every day, and a daily stretching regimen. Im pretty sure this has helped the erection problem tremendously, because I can now get it up whenever I want, and multiple times in a row. Plus the added benefits of going to the gym are starting to show!
Anyways I just wanted to share what was working for me nothing new, plus just being excited about getting some results! Hopefully someone can get something out of it!
