  • Some success with STU

    I have some recent success using the fleshlight STU. IDK why it took me so long to make the purchase it really didn't cost a whole lot, and i've noticed exponential gains from it.

    Iv'e suffered from PE ever since I can remember. I searched every easy way out I could and eventually found alcohol worked really well. Initially I thought it was because of GABA increase, but now I think it just calms me down drastically, to the point of my muscles not really responding to normal stimulus. Alcohol eventually becomes an addiction and it lowers libido, testosterone...its just not sustainable.

    I've been edging with my hand for a long time with no real success. I bought pills thinking it was a chemical imbalance and been pretty upset about the whole thing. I spent a shit ton of money on vitamins and all that against all recommendations on the site. Iv'e always been the type to find things out on my own I guess.

    When I got the STU I really didn't think much about it. Once I used it I realized that this was going to be what cured my PE. There is nothing else that feels as real as the STU + you can set it up to mimic positions and practice those positions, and thrusting and full feel of a vagina is difficult part in my opinion. Your giving your self the same exact stimulation as sex without the anxiety of performing so you can stop and study all the responses your body has and begin to iron those out. But you have to actually use it like you would be having sex. you need to thrust in to it. You can mimic almost every position using pillows, etc.

    I started using it daily. After reading another post on here that recommended small incremental goals weekly, and doing 7 minute sessions and slowly increasing time from there. I started out by using it for 7 minutes at a time. I would go for about 3 minutes and have to slow down barely hitting PONR. I did this for a couple days. But one day I hit that 3 minute mark and I took notice that as soon as I felt that urge to cum I would do a hard IK. So I decided to move extremely slow, and as soon as that IK would come I would stop, then start again. I repeated the process until I no longer IK'd, slowly increasing speed. I can now go at a consistent slow pace without the IK. I altered my practice by going at a slow pace that is controllable and do not let my body do any IK's for a set amount of time. Every session I try to speed up just a little bit. If I do an IK I stop to iron it out.

    I had a girl over this morning and we had sex. I lasted for about 5 minutes! considering I was once a 2 pump chump this was huge for me! I had to go at a slowed controlled pace but I know with more practice I can keep improving.

    Iv'e also completely cut out porn, and only use the STU. My goal is to work up to using audio, and eventually go as long as I want only finishing when I want. But for now i'm just happy with some improvement.

    I was having erection problems for a little. I couldn't get it up easily, and definitely not a second time. I thought it was just part of turning 30. But I started lifting, getting cardio in every day, and a daily stretching regimen. Im pretty sure this has helped the erection problem tremendously, because I can now get it up whenever I want, and multiple times in a row. Plus the added benefits of going to the gym are starting to show!

    Anyways I just wanted to share what was working for me nothing new, plus just being excited about getting some results! Hopefully someone can get something out of it!

      How long have you been using your STU before you actually saw the results?
      Start [9/15]: BPEL 6.1" X EG 5"
      Now [10/15]: BPEL 6.5" X EG 5.2"

        You know its funny that you say that because I'm also in my 30s and I also have the STU since I believe edging with just your hand does not give off the almost real feeling of a vagina. Before I got the fleshlight, I would use numbing sprays such as promescent for sex just to last several minutes during sex, but I didn't want to depend on a spray every-time i would have fun lol.

        A Few months ago I bought the STU for edging and used the STU regularly for about month and half since I didn't want to depend on a spray to help with dealing with P.E. but after almost two months of usage of the STU, I stopped using the fleshlight because of long hours at work.

        About a few weeks later at the time, I wanted to test my self to see if I made any progress of using the STU in hopes of lasting longer. Now at the time in the past I was a man that would ejaculate as soon as I would enter a girl every time which was embarrassing until round two i would last longer. The only way i would test my self to see if this worked is to get a escort since I don't currently have a girl. When i finally got busy, I was controlling my breathing and was lasting at least a few minutes longer then what I expected. I must of lasted at least 4-5 minutes and I was very excited at that time, It gave me hope.

        Recently I just got back into the routine of using the STU for edging again since I am determine to last longer then 10 minutes hopefully with any woman I have sex with. I also am doing groin/hip stretching and intense sprints of short burst of 30 seconds sprinting/ 30 seconds jogging for about 5 minutes on the treadmill about 2/3 times a week to help boost not only growth hormone but serotonin which is needed to help last longer during sex.

        If you continue to be consistent on edging with the STU, you will improve and over time hopefully you and everyone else can over come this P.E. nightmare for men.

          i've been using it for about 2 weeks now. I saw the results really quickly because of the confidence I gained from it. At least thats my theory. Now i'm learning my body more and teaching it new habits. Like I said earlier I noticed I do a Hard IK when I get aroused, this brings me to orgasm quickly so right now i'm teaching my self to relax and ironing out the IK's. It's a tough process and its going to take time. I think its one of those things where you make some gains, plateau and work at it for a little bit learn about your body, then make some gains, and continue the cycle until you can just maintain it. It may take a while but Ill keep you guys updated on progress. Some days are worse than others but its worth it if it can get me to the ten minute mark! Im hoping to one day post in the success thread.

            exactly where i am with the STU and doggy position, some days i hit the PONR within a couple of minutes and other days i can stretch it out for 6-7 minutes. Though I've been practicing for close to 3 months now, 3-5 times a week. We'll get there sooner or later!

              Are you cumming every time or are you just trying to last and looking at as an exercise? Before I used to just use the STU with porn and just try to last long and cum, I never really tried that much without porn and I ALWAYS finish with it. That never worked for me.

                I dont use any porn. Right now i'm experimenting with controlling my arousal levels. My goal is to never have to slow down to avoid cumming. So I start very slow and consistent, the moment I start getting to a 7 I change something. I want my body to adjust to the plateau phase, and not go straight for orgasm. Iv'e noticed that if you do a slight pause in between thrusts it is just enough to help control the arousal level your at. I also go slow and try to pay attention to the IK's to try and reverse them. If you have ever meditated before, or done hot yoga when you relax your body you can feel your muscles letting go and loosening up, but just when you think you completely loosened them up you can find a way to press further in to the relaxation and loosen them up even more, you can do this with every part of your body you just need to learn how. There was once a time when I couldn't flex my peck muscles...but one day I learned how to do it. I feel this is the same thing. currently I can't manipulate those muscles on demand how I would like but with awareness and practice I can get to that point.

                Another thing i'm starting to record is what I do before and after each session. Did I take vitamins that morning? Did I stretch or lift prior that day. Im spending a lot more time stretching because I have a feeling tight muscles in the body plays a factor in PE. I have no science to back that up but I am curious if other people with PE typically have tighter muscles, and does stretching daily help?

                It would be interesting to do a Post on all the people in the forum who suffer from PE and see if there are any commonalities with them. Did you rush masterbation when you were younger? Body type? Tight muscles? do you have bad poster? how confident are you generally speaking on a scale of 1-10, exc. I think collecting that data we could find some similarities and maybe be able to understand PE better.

                      I tried setting up a bunch of polls to collect data but was told not to. I think they said responses within a thread were OK.
