    Hello.
    I think I suffer from PE like a rollercoaster and I need to sort this out as I'm going to meet with a stunning girls in the next months.

    Well. I masturbate. A lot. Almost every day (to porn). I've heard that edging and long time masturbation can improve the situation, but when I masturbate I can last hours if i try (really, like 2, 3) and my average is quite long even for a real sexual intercourse.

    I have gone like a rollercoaster, sometime I lasted 40 minutes, sometime I blow after a minute or two. It's frustrating and in the end, my last girlfriend wasn't satisfied at all.

    I want to solve this, I think it's about my mind, my stress and all the serotonine stuff, but it's just my guess. I don't sleep much because I like to stay up at night, but the sleep deprivation affects my day, but I like too much to have time at night. I have a stressing job (computer programmer) but I like my job.

    I am a bit fat but I'm quite muscular because I do a lot of weightlifting and aerobic.

    I'm 30. I don't know what else you need to know, but I'll stick to any exercise to overcome this.

    I have tried going various times with some escort girl paying, just to test out if it's a problem that happens often or if it's like a rollercoaster and sometime I can last long. I did this because I was ashamed to go out with some real girl again and last 1 or 2 minutes.

    But in the end most of the times I ejaculate very quickly, like 1 or 2 minutes.

    Please point me to the right direction.
    I'm quite firm of mind and I will stick to any exercise, and try it and post result here to keep people updated and help someone else, if I succeed.

    Hey Marhul!

    Welcome to the Gym.

    It would be a good idea to click on the Start Here button at the top left of the page. Lots of good information on what the Gym is all about, including best practices and safety tips.

    It is always recommended to start with a beginners routine and continue with it for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slowly and build up to the full routine over a few weeks.

    Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. Do not grip too tight, just enough to feel blood moving up the shaft. When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to peruse your routine.

    Dont forget to take good starting measurements and photos so you have a solid base to compare your gains to.

        Hi Marhul, Welcome to the Forums!

        For a starting routine, I would recommend going over to ************* and checking out "Linear Newbie Routine". It is a great beginner routine I am running, you can check out my log if you would like.

        As far as your question, there are MANY THREADS here about premature ejaculation. A few things I'd like to point out;

        1.) In your post, you said you are somewhat overweight; make it a priority to slim down. It would be greatly beneficial for your all around health, as well as PE.

        2.) QUIT PORN. No excuses here. There are many examples of how porn effects the brain and dopamine receptors, just check out AP90 here, Your Brain on Porn, and NoFap forums and you will see just how detrimental it is overall.

        3.) Pelvic Floor Balance. Eliminating involuntary kegels while edging, and ESPECIALLY during sex. I like to practice keeping my whole body loose during sex, as being tense causes the pelvic floor to clench, causing ejaculation quicker.

        4.) You mentioned being a night owl and stress levels. SLEEP IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT! As is keeping down stress, especially for testosterone. I reccomend shutting down electronics early, using a blue light blocker if you are going to use them keep it MINIMAL at night, and try to remove stressful situations as best as possible.
