That is two different studies about magnesium and premature ejaculation.
The interesting thing is how you
mentioned your magnesium source. A different study from somewhere before said the best way to get magnesium is from salt bath and through the skin rather than ingesting it for much better absorption. This I can't find the source for at the moment.

Would magnesiumcitrate work ?
I read that citrate and chloride are the best absorbers of magnesium.
Did anyone try magnesiumcitrate ?

After seeing this post, I purchased a magnesium oil (100% magnesium chloride mined from zechstein sea bed) spray on amazon. With the purchase I received a ebook and I would like to review some things it states.
Deficiency of magnesium is caused by:
1. Low Consumption of foods rich in Magnesium 2. Poor absorption of minerals (high pH in the intestine - which is also why it's better to get magnesium through the skin rather than ingesting it) 3. Too much calcium
Magnesium helps the body loosen tight muscles (tight pelvic area) Without magnesium, muscles do not relax properly. It is also important for flexibility because low magnesium results in a buildup of lactic acid (lactic acid also occurs when you ejaculate too much which causes tightness)
Magnesium is a natural muscle relaxant - It accomplishes this by moving calcium out of the muscle and back into the bloodstream where it can be mobilized elsewhere.
Transdermal vs ingesting pills - a major disadvantage of ingesting magnesium pills is that it cannot control the release of magnesium but instead immediately releases it in the stomach. By releasing in the stomach, there is a reduction in absorption of magnesium because the stomach is also absorbing other substances.
So I can't say if this will work for me. I just started applying it yesterday. the cool thing is I can spray the oil anywhere so I will focus on the areas near the pelvic region. I'm actually really grateful that OP posted this. I am aware of what magnesium can do now and it actually can benefit me in other aspects like minor restless leg syndrome, muscle tightness, muscle growth, etc.
I will check back with any progress in a week or so and pair it with RK, hindi squats. It has come to my awareness that my muscles all around my body are extremely tight. I tend to be very stiff. So you can only imagine how tight my pelvic muscles are.
