I tried it for a few days now and have the feeling that I do benefit from the magnesium intake. Especially applying it topically relaxes my muscles. I drink about 1 gram of Mg with water now and had good control a few days ago while having sex. After drinking alcohol and not taking any Mg for the past few days my control worsened today. Am back on the Mg train now and will see how it will go.

I've tried different products but found that Dr. Sinatra's Broad Spectrum Magnesium Supplement for Healthy Blood Pressure, Strong Bones, and Increased Energy

really worked for me when others I tried didn't. And I'm not affiliated with the product at all. It has four different types of magnesium which might aid in absorption. I also take a calcium citrate product from Solaray and found it decreased stomach upset.Last edited by Dangler; 01-30-2018 at 07:17 AM. Reason: remove url

I know this is an old thread, but interesting to note that alcohol consumption depletes Mg. from the body,
as well as coffee and pop.
I have purchased a mangesium chloride supplement, both topical and one to take internally. I will
report back here on the weekend with results.
Personally I'd rather be...
