  • My time to crush my PreE - Log/Guide/Help for others

    I've been suffering from PE my whole life, ( I'm only 21) . I know it started with poor masturbation habits, and now I cannot penetrate for longer than a 3-4 strokes without blowing my load unless I'm pissed drunk at which I can control myself.

    I've been lurking these forums and have finally decided to come up with a plan which I think will work for myself and many others. There are 3 aspects which I will be using. Supplements, Physical training, and other PE excersies.

    Supplements - These are not all supplements which I take ONLY for my PE, others have found them to help in the forum and I would rather do everything at once and cure my PE then narrow down which one worked and which didnt. So here is my list of supplements

    Baryta Carbonica - Read it up, lots of people have had great success with it
    Enteric coated fish oil
    MACA w/ ginseng
    Quercetic with bromelain
    rhodiole
    ashwagandha
    Natures bounty Calcium, magnesium ,zinc , vitamin d3
    Vitamin b6

    Physical - I have always had a gym routine, but have not been consistent with it, and have not done cardio at all, I am going to start regularly jogging at a constant pace and increase the time i run by a minute daily - I have been a smoker for 6 years so it is not too easy, and I am trying to quit smoking as well.

    In addition I have signed up for hot yoga and will be attending atleast 3 sessions ( one and a half hours / session) weekly.

    Excersies - I will be edging every morning for atleast 10 minutes and work my way up daily letting myself ejaculate every 3 days. I have stopped watching porn for atleast 40 days now, and have slipped once and let myself masturbate to it.

    In addition I will try to regularly do my PE routine in the shower which is as follows

    20 second stretches of the penis front,up, down , left right, 30 min of helicopter shakes either direction, and 50 wet jelqs using conditioner or soap as lubrication, increasing the number of jelqs by 25 daily. ( I am uncut)




    I will post daily or every other day about how this has been working out for me!

    Day 1:

    Did my routine, have not had sex in 2 days, usually i would have reached PONR in 3-4 thrusts, had sex last night, lasted almost 2 minutes, had a harder time getting aroused, will update again

      Havent posted in a bit, was away for the weekend

      Got back to my routine

      Day 2: did 90 minutes yoga, alongside some hindi squats, followed by an hour at the gym, then 100 jelqs in the shower as well as some stretching and RK's

      Day 3: Did not do much today, plan on having sex tonight, will update see how it goes

        Note: also noticed that when i touch the head of my penis, i get IK's but not near the base or front, more near the back, near my anus... interesting

          Well i can say that last night was an incredible experience. My whole life sober I have never been able to last more than 1 minute even if i masturbate 30 minutes beforehand, I have not let myself ejaculate in 1 week, and last night I had sex, i started by going down on her until she had an orgasm, to lay the pressure off me, then just enjoyed and lasted 3 minutes with her on top then another minute or 2 in missionary... incredible will keep posted

            Would you like this moved to the progress forums? It is more of a log than a question/answer type of thread and it fits there better. Let me know.

            Have you read up on Edging to replace your masturbation? Masturbation has one goal, to ejaculate. Edging is stamina training similar to masturbation but the idea is to reach the ponr (point of no return) and then learn what your body does that puts you over the edge. Consistent training through edging can teach you how to control your IK's and last longer. Use the search button for additional reading on this.
