I've been suffering from PE my whole life, ( I'm only 21) . I know it started with poor masturbation habits, and now I cannot penetrate for longer than a 3-4 strokes without blowing my load unless I'm pissed drunk at which I can control myself.
I've been lurking these forums and have finally decided to come up with a plan which I think will work for myself and many others. There are 3 aspects which I will be using. Supplements, Physical training, and other PE excersies.
Supplements - These are not all supplements which I take ONLY for my PE, others have found them to help in the forum and I would rather do everything at once and cure my PE then narrow down which one worked and which didnt. So here is my list of supplements
Baryta Carbonica - Read it up, lots of people have had great success with it
Enteric coated fish oil
MACA w/ ginseng
Quercetic with bromelain
rhodiole
ashwagandha
Natures bounty Calcium, magnesium ,zinc , vitamin d3
Vitamin b6
Physical - I have always had a gym routine, but have not been consistent with it, and have not done cardio at all, I am going to start regularly jogging at a constant pace and increase the time i run by a minute daily - I have been a smoker for 6 years so it is not too easy, and I am trying to quit smoking as well.
In addition I have signed up for hot yoga and will be attending atleast 3 sessions ( one and a half hours / session) weekly.
Excersies - I will be edging every morning for atleast 10 minutes and work my way up daily letting myself ejaculate every 3 days. I have stopped watching porn for atleast 40 days now, and have slipped once and let myself masturbate to it.
In addition I will try to regularly do my PE routine in the shower which is as follows
20 second stretches of the penis front,up, down , left right, 30 min of helicopter shakes either direction, and 50 wet jelqs using conditioner or soap as lubrication, increasing the number of jelqs by 25 daily. ( I am uncut)
I will post daily or every other day about how this has been working out for me!
