  • How to beat PE. My progress journal and success log.

    Let me start by saying I think I've had P.E. as bad as is humanly possible. From my first sexual encounter I ejaculated almost instantaneously, never lasting more that 10 seconds. I tried drugs, viagra, numbing creams and resorted to a mixture of cialis, alcohol and any other strange method I could try to mitigate the embarrassment. I've always been flirty and open with girls, but found myself terrified to bed girls who liked me because I knew my performance would be awful.

    Anyway I write this having just spent the night with a gorgeous girl, and having spent the night having fun and not even ejaculating once. I'll describe below the techniques I've used to help me develop stamina a year ago I would have thought impossible. I still struggle to control myself at times (at the moment the difficultly is me being on top, missionary, especially without a condom for longer periods).

    TRAINING PELVIC MUSCLES

    I realised I was holding a huge amount of tension in my pelvic muscles. I would constantly contract my PE muscles. I couldn't even touch my dick without I.Ks.

    I therefore began to desensitise my dick and reduce I.Ks. I exposed it to the shower in the morning, and pulled my dick around constantly after urinating to try and decondition the reflexive I.Ks.

    For 20 minutes a day I use baby oil and massage the most sensitive parts of my dick firmly to understand how to control reflexive I.Ks and how to counteract them.

    EDGING

    I do minimum 10 - 30 minutes a day with lube. I simulate sex whilst doing it. It's pretty weird pretending to bang away your lubed up hand, but it works. Doing this has been hugely important in understanding how to balance the muscles and adapt in real time to the slow build up of tension in the pelvic muscles that happens when we approach ejaculation.

    I may even buy a flesh light as it seems this will be easier for realistic simulation.

    YOGA

    Yoga has been extremely helpful in balancing the pelvic floor and I can feel myself holding my muscles much differently now. I no longer tense up this area and instead have a stronger core and pelvic area that is generally relaxed.

    the best poses are

    - half pigeon pose
    - hindy squat
    - happy baby pose
    - frog pose (probably the best for me)
    - any poses where you touch your toes, not sure why but these really helped me

    SEX ITSELF

    One vital element to me was re-understanding sex. Porn is a big problem IMO for how we think we should fuck. We think we just pump away indiscriminately for hours and then money shot. No. We need to understand the female arousal response.

    both these books break down how to turn a woman on, and the various types of stimulation that are going to bring her to orgasm. They also show in detail, the female clitoral network, which was embarrassingly surprising for me.

    I always start very slowly now. I usually play music and spend at least one or two songs just inside massaging her from inside, slowly. I'll focus on stimulating her clitoral cluster (g spot at the top of the vagina) with my dick and may manually stimulate her clit with my hand. This just builds tension. Then you can slowly build half thrusts, gradually mixing in full ones. Usually after ten or fifteen minutes of this they'll be begging you to fuck them harder.

    Being on top is always difficult to control ejacluation because you tend to automatically tense the PE muscles. Try and use your body weight for power and focus on relaxing pelvic floor, find a rhythm. Music helps to punctuate what you're doing, and if you can manage to last the first minute or so of hard thrusting it's much easier to go on longer.

    Switch positions. Doggy is helpful for building stamina, anything with her on top is great. I find pushing her legs up on her shoulders makes it much easier that standard missionary. She'll also appreciate not another lacklustre performance of missionary sex.

    Remember stopping is fine, so is slowing down to control yourself before working back up. As you practice more you'll be able to last longer and longer without needing to slow down but until then it's fine to stop and start.

    FINAL NOTES

    Girls never used to call me back after sex. It was crushing and felt like it affected my worth as a man.

    I now have girls who hit me up specifically for sex, and on a good day can last 1-2 hours without cumming. I've gone from fearing sex to genuinely loving it. It's like a full body meditation, and one of the best ways to connect with a girl.

    I genuinely believe diligently applying the advice above can help even the most severe PE sufferers (as I naturally am) achieve levels of stamina most guys will never achieve.

    I think for me this practice will last as long as I want to have sex. I have to be proactive but the results are worth it. I've only been actively doing the above for 2-3 months and the results are life changing. I hope this can help some other guys out there who feel like they are losing hope, because you can genuinely overcome this.

      Awesome post man! I'm definitely going to try some of the things you wrote.
      Mainly the shower exposure and pulling my foreskin back after urinating. Also going to do some yoga to relax the pelvic area and am going to be way slower with my girlfriend.
