    It's all kinda self explanatory. If you've ever done the Squeeze technique with say a 65%-75% EQ , your veins are going to protrude outward because of the pressure. When I did the Banding , my veins do peekaboo outward but nothing compared to the Squeeze technique. It takes 20-30 minutes before you start going Numb & and becoming really uncomfortable. The cutting of the Banding is the attention to detail part.

    I know this isn't for everyone. It's working best for me with 30min banding , rest 20min & Banding 30min. The Banding must be tight as you can possibly make it if your going the rubber bands route.

    I was referring to the Squeeze technique for Girth Gain's.

    As an update for my curiosity .
    Last week I completed 5 days of Edging without Ejaculation for 30 minutes each day with & without a FL.

    So on Saturday I completed 4 sessions of Penis Banding before having Sex that evening to see what my stamina would be like after 5 days of Edging without Ejaculation.

    Well I didn't Pre-E but my 7 minutes was not what I was looking for , but I did EXPLODE LIKE MT Saint Helen when I climaxed.

    I still haven't figured a good routine , it's still too early in the ball game but I'm figuring once every 7 days will be the most beneficial.

    Not if totally Flaccid , I mean yes they will show but not like that.

    If you have an Erection , partial Erection than yes your going to get that. So keep it calm as possible.

    Thinking about using this method as a crutch while maintaining my current routine. Just wondering what would work the best for pulling the band off to cut? I am not comfortable sliding something underneath and then cutting but would rather tie something like a ponytail around to pull it up with but worried about it not being enough pressure.

    Are you going to use an Elastrator and band, or rubber bands? I personally slide a tie clip underneath, I use a strong of dental floss to be able to somewhat pull the band up, but really it's still difficult doing.

    I advise when first trying this method, to put the band on, and then immediately cut it off using whatever method you will to get it off, maybe even practice it a few times. That way when you actually leave it on for longer, you won't panic when it's time to cut it off because you'll know how to do it.

    A wide rubber band & cloth at my base is what I use to put the constricting bands over top of. The thick rubber band just gives me some leverage to get the nail scissors underneath to cut the Banding after 20-30 minutes.

    I made a tiny bungee cord out of 10 rubber bands & wrapped them around my base as tight as I could with as many rotation twist possible.

    At the end it's a lot of cutting & a very Numb Penis so attention to detail is Paramount.

    Even with the rubber bands it can get painful if you go for to Long.

    I would not consider this method a crutch , it's different because it's controversial.
    If a member with any weight behind their name gave this a go-ahead instead of condemning it as a False Doctrine in the Battle against Pre-E than every Tom , Dick & Harry would jump on the band wagon.

    It's just the members who are willingly trying this are not relevant to the Everyday exposure to this website. So as soon as this thread gets pushed a few pages back , to the land of forgetfulness it shall go 🤣🤣🤣

    I've experienced MMO & Consistently do a DO when Edging so I know the whole Kegels & Reverse Kegels is a Legitimate method through Practice. The thing is sometimes my Wife just wants to get pounded & all that control with Kegels & RK's gets thrown out the window with that kind of Sex.

    Now when we take our time & I'm in complete control it's a different story but when she wants it hard & Fast , like I said Kegels & RK's are different in that case scenario
