    So it's seems as if 2X a month is all I will need to have good control with obtaining DE through this Penis Banding method.

    I was thinking every 7 days , but now I'm thinking every 14 days or maybe even 1x a month.

    Penis Banding will give you Delayed Ejaculation , no if and or but. How Extreme is up to the individual.

    I am seeing success with making bungee cord out of rubber bands & wrapping them at my base as tight as I can possibly twist. So far I see no need for the elastrator banding but the rubber bands still do hurt quite a bit after you pass that 20 minutes mark , or that's my experience so far.

    Combination of breathing & Reverse Kegels with this method put me onto a new playing field with intercourse stamina !!!!!!! My goal was passing the 15 minutes mark of intercourse and sorry to say but Penis Banding seems to have done the trick.

    I was able to obtain DE through using KRATOM but it's all about timing with relying on that Powder Tea.

    I don't smoke marijuana anymore so that's out the window.

    I don't need Viagra because I don't have ED & I believe if you don't have ED there is no need for you to take Viagra , Cialis , Levitra , etc

    I have experienced horrible ED in the past but that's a whole another thread

    I'm noticing also that after I do the 20-30 minutes of the Banding , when I cut away the bands I immediately get some solid EQ ,for a few minutes & then it starts subsiding

    In my experience I have noticed there is a difference between banding, rubber or elastrator on naked skin or on a wrap.I believe a naked is better, a lot bettrr, thats why I put some desenticizing spray on the skin.And yes breathing and RK works 100 x better thay way, if you have banded for less time.Last times I am not even numb, I have sensations, but last long.Now if you band for longer, you dont need breathing or RK, but if you band for too long, it can be dangerous.I advice if someone wants to try this, to try with with rubber bands and if he has success to stick with them.The good thing is you band rarely.I try to band no more than 1-2 times a month and its usually 2x 20-25 min.And I started slowly and carefully with just 10 mins and exploited things through the weeks.But its true, as soon as I took off the bands, my penis gets very red from the sudden blood rush.WillSolveThis had explained very carefully the whole process, I advice you to read it.

    I think I will start with rubber bands first. Do you just wrap a normal rubber band around the base as many times as you can? Also how many should be used?

    Just your choice amount of rubber bands knotted together for one band.

    It's easier that way & you can get a tighter constricting Squeeze for your amount of rotation twist

    Don't be disappointed without immediate success. It's going to take experimentation & like the Pegym member "the GOAT" stated , sometimes the elastrator banding is a sure fire way.

    If rubber bands work , stick with them.
