I wouldn't say this topic is "on fire" in light of the fact it's been a week since there was a post here
...just sayin'....
It seems TANGO & the Goat are the primary advocates for this extreme technique, which IS dangerous, particularly for unconditioned newbies. Even stretchy cock rings include a disclaimer in the packaging warning users that constricting the penis for more than 20 minutes may result in permanent tissue damage, ED, or even tissue death, which is a nice way of saying "Your Dick must be cut off"!...and cock rings are not nearly as constrictive as THIS technique, as described.
Having made the above "disclaimer" on behalf of PE Gym (which may again be posted periodically as a reminder as this thread continues), discussion and exchange of ideas is what our forums are for. In no way does PE Gym condone risking the health and viability of anyone's genitalia using EXTREME techniques, so it is our policy always, to err on the side of SAFETY". Discussion, however controversial, is likewise encouraged on our forums so long as members are aware that if they perform risky behaviors with their penis, THEY are assuming ALL the RISK in doing so.

I wasn't referencing this particular thread but the subject going across other threads. I don't think I'm the primary advocate for this method. I just started a thread on it after doing research & finding an active Forum where members actively Practice Penis Banding. That's at the very beginning of my thread.
I wouldn't say I'm pushing anyone to actually do it. My statement was just the fact that it works.
You would probably be happy if I did a 720 bundled stretch & ripped my unit off. 🤣🤣🤣 Geez . It's risky yes but got me a 5.75 EG
Was doing 500 - 700 Jelqing Rep's any less riskier. Or bending my Penis at a 80% EQ
There are some extreme Routines for Penis Growth but I never once came onto Pegym & said you ningas are a bunch of Quacks. I tried your Extreme PE & it worked .
Like I said , I just stated that the topic of Banding is making it's rounds across other threads & I'm not on the front line of it but some other Pegym members have given their testimonials.

Extreme PE techniques, be they bundled stretches, Uli's, banding, supra-slammers, hanging, clamping, or hundreds of jelqs in a single set may yield results for veteran members who have hit a wall or plateaued in their PE. Guys with tough multi-layered tunica & fascia oftentimes find these extreme techniques beneficial in breaking through a plateau, allowing them to begin a further growth process.
The DOWNSIDE is you risk injury as ALL veteran PEr's know. The RISK is heightened 10-fold for newbies who just began PE and attempt these extreme techniques. I'm hopeful we can agree, these techniques would be UNWISE for a beginner to undertake. That's why it is prudent in these ongoing threads to caution beginners against trying extreme PE before they have exhausted ALL other "conventional" means of enhancement, first.

Ok , I can see your point ... I didn't start PE doing 720 bundled stretches or 540 bundled A&V Stretching. That stuff took time & many many hours until I could work up to it.
500-700 Jelqing Rep's was never a thought in the beginning but after a year of PE I tried Shock Jelqing before I even knew that's what it was called. 🤣🤣🤣
I was never really considering Penis Banding as a advanced Technique because of your Penis being totally Flaccid to accomplish results , but than again bundled stretches are done absolutely totally Flaccid & you still risk injury.

On a forum that no longer exists I remember this story. A man used rubber bands after his edging routine to keep the blood in his dick longer. He thought it would help with gains. He feel asleep with the band on only to wake up in pain. His dick was so swollen he could not even see the rubber band to get it off.He went to the ER where they were able to remove it. Sadly enough tissue necrosis had occurred due to lack of circulation that his dick had to be amputated before gangrene set in. No I am not kidding and I didn't make this up. Be careful!
