Hey Tango, do you mind elaborating on your routine to get condition for MMO? I'm trying 60 towel raises (3 sets of 20 5 secs hold) and 300 .. 2 sec holds erected kegels every other day .. then reverse kegels to counter balance as many as I can .. mostly not erected.. as for the technique I'm trying minutes man.. (great stuff from him by the way) reverse kegels to start the Ponr and strong kegels just on it but I guess I still need more strength.. can't stop Ejaculation properly...thanks

To be honest , that MMO training takes a whole lot of edging & I do mean a lot of Masturbating.
Reverse Kegels is what helped me learn to separate the Ejaculation from the orgasm. I have been able to accomplish this a few times during actual intercourse but more often than not I achieved it through edging.
I know using visual to edge is frowned upon here but the amount of time it takes to learn this techniques is damn near impossible with being constantly aroused.
Practicing edging and Ballooning with Semen Retention helped practice multiple days in a row.
( Notice I didn't say multiple times a DAY !!! ) THAT'S COUNTERPRODUCTIVE !!!!
As long as you keep practicing your Kegels & Reverse Kegels you'll get the hang of it.
To keep it 💯 with you , MMO has really only been great for me with edging. My Wife doesn't have patience for that edging intercourse stuff and becomes irate when I try it. She likes non-stop thrusting & pounding once it starts , so all that breath relax breath @*$@ gets thrown out the window . Otherwise I enjoy MMO Solo 😁
