    - This thread is to collect SUCCESS STORIES of people who cured their PE with use of KEGEL / REVERSE KEGEL routine (aka BALANCING PELVIC FLOOR).
    - Ive been on PEGym for couple years (since 2012) and throughout the years BALANCING PELVIC FLOOR is consistently recommended as the best cure for PE.
    - Ive seen people preaching for K/RK routines (PEGym admin and veteran contributor Pegasus ) but also many people who questioned this approach efectivity.
    - Hence this thread is supposed to be NEUTRAL account of the real life success of this specific cure. Real people, real results.
    - PEGym already had SUCCESS STORIES sticky at one point, but its value was low because THERE WERE NO RULES SET WHAT MEASURES AS SUCCESS.

    Therefore to post in this thread i give you the 6 RULES OF SUCCESS

    1) RULE NO.1 "REAL SEX ONLY"
    - no solo, no edging, no masturbation success stories in this thread, all these are training phase AND NOT THE REAL DEAL
    - the only judge of your succes is VAGINA (fleshlights and similar DO NOT QUALIFY)
    - please DO NOT post stories unless they involve PENIS INSIDE VAGINA, even blowjob stories are not allowed because they provide much less consistent stimulation and are considered by most girls foreplay to THE REAL THING
    - look at it from the girls pleasure perspective - she doesnt care how long you can last solo or when she is blowing you - what matters is how long you can fuck her
    - if you have no way to prove your succes in VAGINA, simpy DO NOT post until you do, please do not waste others time

    2) RULE NO.2 "REPEATIBILITY"
    - please DO NOT post about ONE NIGHT WONDERS where you lasted longer than ussual because of million factors
    - THE RULE is "MINIMUM 5 SUCCESS" with PENIS IN VAGINA before you post here - preferably 10 SUCCESS before you post
    - if you post, state how many times you were able to repeat with success IN VAGINA
    - please be judicious, everyone wants to shout out to the world "IAM CURED" but give it time (maybe couple weeks) and only post when you are really sure you are cured and confident on REPEATIBILITY

    3) RULE NO.3 "DURATION BEFORE & AFTER"
    - without saying how long you lasted before cure and now, your story has almost no value for a reader
    - consider these 4 example guys
    guy 1: before lasted 10 strokes // after lasts 1-2 minutes of penetration
    guy 2: before lasted 3 minutes but with a lot of stops // after lasts almost 6 minutes of penetration with minimum breaks
    guy 3: before lasted 6 minutes with no stops // after lasts 15+ minutes
    guy 4: before lasted 10 minutes with occasional stops // after lasts forever she likes until she is satisfied
    - as you can see they all had success but its still very different stories

    4) RULE NO.4 "HOW LONG YOU WERE TRAINING"
    - simply tell us how long you were doing K/RK routine to get above results = BALLPARK ESTIMATE
    - keep it simple and just an overview to paint the picture no need to break down routine you can do that in a separate thread/diary/log
    eg: 1 month every other day, 3 months twice a week, 1 years with lot of breaks, 2.5 years

    5) RULE NO.5 "RATIO BETWEEN KEGELS and REVERSE KEGELS"
    - when you ROUGHLY sum up the number of KEGELS and REVERSE KEGELS you did in all the training combined, what was the balance
    - again keep it a simple, just an overview to paint picture no need to go into details (you can refernce you own diary/log thread for detailed breakdown)
    eg: 50:50 K/RK (about equal), 30:70 K/RK (more RK), 70:30 K/RK (more K)

    6) RULE NO.6 "OTHER INGREDIENTS"
    - please honestly remeber and write down any SIGNIFICANT other fixes that you were doing ALONG your K/RK ROUTINE that might have contributed to cure, do not post WALLS OF TEXT, just point out other fixes that you belive CONTRIBUTED
    - THE KEY IS SIGNIFICANT - dont write if you did squats for 1 week, half a year ago, or that you took suplements for 5 days, seven months ago
    eg:
    HINDI SQUATS - 3 months every other day
    SSRI antidepresants - regular doeses for 1 year
    ZINC + VITAMIN B6 suplement pills - 3 months every day
    penis enlargement JELQING routine - 6 months 3 times a week
    BANDING penis shaft - every week for 3 months
    HATHA YOGA routine - 3 times a week for 1 year
    EDGING or BALOONING or STOP/START (be specific but short) - 20 minutes, 3x a week, 4 months
    >>> edging, balooning, stop/start was added based on users suggestions that there are stamina ingredients missing - if you did stamina trainings (in SIGNIFICANT amount) please list them, including frequency <<<

    AND REMEMBER THIS IS "Kegel/Reverse Kegel/Pelvic Balance SUCCESS STORIES" SO IF AFTER ANSWERING ALL 6 QUESTIONS YOU FEEL THAT YOUR CURE WAS MOST LIKELY DUE TO OTHER FACTORS LISTED IN ANSWER NO. 6 RATHER THAN K/RK ROUTINE DO NOT POST IT HERE...

    I REPEAT THIS THREAD IS NOT GENERAL SUCCESS STORIES THREAD - its aim is to support the main recommended cure on PEGym - BALANCING PELVIC FLOOR USING R/RK ROUTINE

    >>> after lot of objections from users that K/RK routine was never recommended as the only/sole cure, but should always be used IN COMBINATION with other cures (especially arousal and mental training), it is stressed to list SIGNIFICANT "complementary cures" you used along the K/RK routine to cure yourself - please list them in RULE NO.6 and add how often you performed these "complementary cures" so readers can compare how often you did K/RK compared to "complementary cures" - keep the list short and simple and remember that rules 1,2,3 STILL APPLY <<<

    AND PLEASE KEEP THE DISCUSSION AND COMMENTS TO MINIMUM - THIS IS NOT FLAME WAR THREAD - this thread should be a display of SUCCESS STORIES not a DISCUSSION ARENA

    You have dedicated a lot of time and effort making some very very valid points.Good job.I hope this thead will get a lot of responses and become a sticky.That way we can really pin point the effectivness of RK/K.Even though I dont find PF exercises AS effective as Pegasus preaches, I am looking only for the truth and the most effective method, nothing more, nothing less.I will follow this thread.

    I think it will be useful after couple months period the results to be evaluated, so an overview of the effectivness be made.What do you think?

        i agree, this is supposed to be

        A) neutral - let the SUCCESS STORIES DO THE SPEAKING
        B) no discussion or preaching either way - again let the SUCCESS STORIES DO THE SPEAKING, no need to comment or discuss, let the truth be spoken by REAL SUCCESS STORIES (assuming they will answer all 6 RULES OF SUCCESS)

        id be honored if Pegasus would make this thread a sticky and endorse it to prove his own point and as an endorsment of what is now easily the "most recommended treatment" on PEGym (and has been for years) - as such K/RK treatment deserves ITS OWN succes stories sticky...

        now lets see some K/RK SUCCESS STORIES in coming weeks/months/years

        and one last time (PLEASE STICK TO 6 RULES OF SUCCESS, otherwise this thread will become completely usesless pile of mud)

          I'm sorry. I don't want to saybthis, but it needs to be said. K/RK and other pelvic floor balancing is not the key to PreE cure. It is a part of it only. You also need to be doing stamina training.

          I completely support what you want to accomplish here. In order to do what you are trying to do you should contact Pegasus and outline your rules according to the full cure package.

          I am one who cured my PreE. It however had more to do with other methods included in the cure as outlined on here. See LongerLastingnoobs progress thread.

            Wishful10x8> thanks for pointing that out... i know its not that simple... i get it that you also trained stamina... could you just as a mental excercise answer those 6 rules of success and state "ADDITIONAL STAMINA TRAINING" with 2-3 sentences on what it means in your case (maybe a link to thread) in the section 6) "OTHER INGREDIENTS" i understand what you are saying but id love to see your answers on all 6 RULES OF SUCCESS to better evaluate your progress and where you "come from" and where "you are at now" considering yourself cured man... thanks

              This is what I thought.I think it would be more accurate, that the initial success stories thread to be filtered, through the points you posted, or through some of them.RK/K are equally preached here with Edging and Curing your anxieties.And they are preached to be in conjuction.

                I am saying this, because imagine this.After 3 months if this thread doesnt get a lot of responses, it may give the impression that RK/K are not a good cure, while in reality they may be, but only when they are worked in conjuction with Edging/Meditation/Curing Anxieties.You can expect to get this argument from other people and they will say this survey isnt complete/accurate, and they will probably be right.Thus this thread won`t achieve much.

                  guys lets keep it simple, thats why there is RULE NO.6 "OTHER INGREDIENTS"

                  if you believe that stamina training (edging, balooning, stop/start) were SIGNIFICANT part of your cure along K/RK, go ahead and file it under "OTHER INGREDIENTS" and add some description (eg. EDGING 3x a week for 6 months), as long as you answered previous 5 RULES OF SUCCESS with valid information every adult man will be able to make educated guess what helped you to cure yourself...

                  the above applies for meditation, hindi squats, anxiety treatments, banding... you name it... as long as you say how long you trained these OTHER INGREDIENTS with what frequency (eg. 20 minutes, 3x a week for 6 months) the picture is as complete as any other account on this forum...

                  these are to be individual SUCCESS STORIES of people who used K/RK as SIGNIFICANT part of their cure... these are not ment to be mini-guides... if you like a succes story you can contact the author or read his log/diary for details...

                  before we raise all doubts lets see if we will have a brave person to kick of with a first succes story and lets see how it goes from there...

                    I think this thread is going to stay empty. In my opinion K/RK routine is just a part of the solution as the problem itself is frequently more than just a tense pelvic floor.

                          I don't qualify for several of your rules so I won't go too into depth, but I can assure you a relaxed pelvic floor is one of the keys to beating PE.

                          I have not gotten to the point where I can repeat my success, but the best thing RK/K stretches have done for me is become more aware of my pelvic floor. I am now hyper aware of it throughout the day and have realized occurrences where I would be kegeling involuntarily for no reason. I have combated these instances with RK holds, which have greatly helped my edging sessions.

                          So, why am I so sure this is a key factor? Well, when I am lasting a long time and it feels like I'm essentially in complete control (usually after I've already finished once, mind you), I have been very conscious of just how loose and relaxed my pelvic floor feels. In contrast, when it's been awhile since I had sex last and am about to start, I can feel my pelvic floor tighten a lot. I now know that if I can get to the point where my PF isn't getting so tight upon initial arousal, I should theoretically be able to finish whenever I want.

                              P.I.E. > thanks for honest comment and a courage to open the thread, but you are true indeed that reading your message you DO NOT QUALIFY for some of the MAIN RULES (especially RULE 1 and 2)... but i hope you will keep up the training phase and be able to come back and post a SUCCESS STORY with a real vagina and repeatable success - isnt that what we all strive for in here... thanks and best of luck on your journey P.I.E.
