    Here is bigbookofpenis thread the stick version for actual success stories the non sticky for general discussion around it.


    - This thread is to collect SUCCESS STORIES of people who cured their PE with use of kegel / REVERSE KEGEL routine (aka BALANCING PELVIC FLOOR).
    - Ive been on PEGym for couple years (since 2012) and throughout the years BALANCING PELVIC FLOOR is consistently recommended as the best cure for PE.
    - Ive seen people preaching for K/RK routines (PEGym admin and veteran contributor Pegasus https://cdn.pegym.com/forums/images/smilies/smile.png) but also many people who questioned this approach efectivity.
    - Hence this thread is supposed to be NEUTRAL account of the real life success of this specific cure. Real people, real results.
    - PEGym already had SUCCESS STORIES sticky at one point, but its value was low because THERE WERE NO RULES SET WHAT MEASURES AS SUCCESS.

    Therefore to post in this thread i give you the 6 RULES OF SUCCESS

    1) RULE NO.1 "REAL SEX ONLY"
    - no solo, no edging, no masturbation success stories in this thread, all these are training phase AND NOT THE REAL DEAL
    - the only judge of your succes is VAGINA (fleshlights and similar DO NOT QUALIFY)
    - please DO NOT post stories unless they involve PENIS INSIDE VAGINA, even blowjob stories are not allowed because they provide much less consistent stimulation and are considered by most girls foreplay to THE REAL THING
    - look at it from the girls pleasure perspective - she doesnt care how long you can last solo or when she is blowing you - what matters is how long you can fuck her
    - if you have no way to prove your succes in VAGINA, simpy DO NOT post until you do, please do not waste others time

    2) RULE NO.2 "REPEATIBILITY"
    - please DO NOT post about ONE NIGHT WONDERS where you lasted longer than ussual because of million factors
    - THE RULE is "MINIMUM 5 SUCCESS" with PENIS IN VAGINA before you post here - preferably 10 SUCCESS before you post
    - if you post, state how many times you were able to repeat with success IN VAGINA
    - please be judicious, everyone wants to shout out to the world "IAM CURED" but give it time (maybe couple weeks) and only post when you are really sure you are cured and confident on REPEATIBILITY

    3) RULE NO.3 "DURATION BEFORE & AFTER"
    - without saying how long you lasted before cure and now, your story has almost no value for a reader
    - consider these 4 example guys
    guy 1: before lasted 10 strokes // after lasts 1-2 minutes of penetration
    guy 2: before lasted 3 minutes but with a lot of stops // after lasts almost 6 minutes of penetration with minimum breaks
    guy 3: before lasted 6 minutes with no stops // after lasts 15+ minutes
    guy 4: before lasted 10 minutes with occasional stops // after lasts forever she likes until she is satisfied
    - as you can see they all had success but its still very different stories

    4) RULE NO.4 "HOW LONG YOU WERE TRAINING"
    - simply tell us how long you were doing K/RK routine to get above results = BALLPARK ESTIMATE
    - keep it simple and just an overview to paint the picture no need to break down routine you can do that in a separate thread/diary/log
    eg: 1 month every other day, 3 months twice a week, 1 years with lot of breaks, 2.5 years

    5) RULE NO.5 "RATIO BETWEEN KEGELS and REVERSE KEGELS"
    - when you ROUGHLY sum up the number of KEGELS and REVERSE KEGELS you did in all the training combined, what was the balance
    - again keep it a simple, just an overview to paint picture no need to go into details (you can refernce you own diary/log thread for detailed breakdown)
    eg: 50:50 K/RK (about equal), 30:70 K/RK (more RK), 70:30 K/RK (more K)

    6) RULE NO.6 "OTHER INGREDIENTS"
    - please honestly remeber and write down any SIGNIFICANT other fixes that you were doing ALONG your K/RK ROUTINE that might have contributed to cure, do not post WALLS OF TEXT, just point out other fixes that you belive CONTRIBUTED
    - THE KEY IS SIGNIFICANT - dont write if you did squats for 1 week, half a year ago, or that you took suplements for 5 days, seven months ago
    eg:
    HINDI SQUATS - 3 months every other day
    SSRI antidepresants - regular doeses for 1 year
    ZINC + VITAMIN B6 suplement pills - 3 months every day
    penis enlargement jelqing routine - 6 months 3 times a week
    BANDING penis shaft - every week for 3 months
    HATHA YOGA routine - 3 times a week for 1 year
    EDGING or BALOONING or STOP/START (be specific but short) - 20 minutes, 3x a week, 4 months
    >>> edging, balooning, stop/start was added based on users suggestions that there are stamina ingredients missing - if you did stamina trainings (in SIGNIFICANT amount) please list them, including frequency <<<

    AND REMEMBER THIS IS "Kegel/Reverse Kegel/Pelvic Balance SUCCESS STORIES" SO IF AFTER ANSWERING ALL 6 QUESTIONS YOU FEEL THAT YOUR CURE WAS MOST LIKELY DUE TO OTHER FACTORS LISTED IN ANSWER NO. 6 RATHER THAN K/RK ROUTINE DO NOT POST IT HERE...

    I REPEAT THIS THREAD IS NOT GENERAL SUCCESS STORIES THREAD - its aim is to support the main recommended cure on PEGym - BALANCING PELVIC FLOOR USING R/RK ROUTINE

    >>> after lot of objections from users that K/RK routine was never recommended as the only/sole cure, but should always be used IN COMBINATION with other cures (especially arousal and mental training), it is stressed to list SIGNIFICANT "complementary cures" you used along the K/RK routine to cure yourself - please list them in RULE NO.6 and add how often you performed these "complementary cures" so readers can compare how often you did K/RK compared to "complementary cures" - keep the list short and simple and remember that rules 1,2,3 STILL APPLY <<<

    AND PLEASE KEEP THE DISCUSSION AND COMMENTS TO MINIMUM - THIS IS NOT FLAME WAR THREAD - this thread should be a display of SUCCESS STORIES not a DISCUSSION ARENA

    Hope this thread will become sticky (Pegasus, do you read this ?) and become a reference library for all people who recommend PELVIC FLOOR BALANCING as prefered PE cure.

      This is EXACTLY what i was looking for when i posted a few months ago. Thanks for trying. I just got more of that "youre lazy, looking for a pill" bs. Interesting to see there have been no replies in 6 days.

        Give people work to do and the tend to give it a miss . There are success stories in the other success thread where less structured work is called for . That said most who achieve their goals leave without bothering with success threads.

          I read a medical paper by La Pera, called "Awareness and timing of pelvic floor muscle contraction, pelvic exercises and rehabilitation of pelvic floor in lifelong premature ejaculation: 5 years experience." Here is the copy of the abstract for those interested (I hope I'm not bridging any copyright policy here)

          Objectives: To assess the cure rate of patients with premature ejaculation who underwent a treatment involving: 1) awareness of the pelvic floor muscles 2) learning the timing of execution and maintenance of contraction of the pelvic floor muscles during the sensation of the pre-orgasmic phase 3) pelvic floor rehabilitation (bio feed back, pelvic exercises and electrostimulation). Materials and methods: We recruited 78 patients with lifelong premature ejaculation who completed the training. The patients were informed of the role of the pelvic floor. They were taught to carry out the execution and maintenance of contraction of the pelvic floor muscles during the sensation of the pre-orgasmic phase to control the ejaculatory reflex. In order to improve the awareness, the tone and the endurance of the pelvic floor muscles, patients were treated with the rehabilitation of pelvic floor (RPF) consisting mainly in biofeedback, pelvic exercises and in some cases also in electro-stimulation (ES). The training was carried out for a period of about 2-6 months with an average of 2-5 visits per cycle. Results: 54% of patients who completed the training were cured of premature ejaculation and learned over time to be able to postpone the ejaculation reflex. In a subgroup of 26 patients was also measured the IELT which on the average increased from < 2 minutes to >10 minutes. The best results occurred mainly in patients aged less than 35 where the cure rate was 65%. There were no side effects. Conclusions: In this study, approximately half of patients with premature ejaculation were cured after applying the above treatment. This therapy, necessitates a fairly long period of time (2-6 months) and a great commitment on the part of the patient, nevertheless it can be a valid and effective treatment for patients with premature ejaculation. This treatment makes the patient independent in that he is not bound to specific times for taking medication. Furthermore there are no side effects and this therapy is particularly effective in young males. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

          I think this paper is testament to the role the PF has on PE. Obviously 65% isn't a guarantee but it is a significant portion and treatment times vary between 2-6 months. So I can't say it will work for you but I reckon you'd be pretty stupid to discount the potential source of treatment it has.

          This information about the importance of the PF has also been produced in other trials see the source below. So the above study can’t really be discounted as a one off.

              Hey guys, I've noticed something recently, hope you guys can shed your 2 cents.

              So I've gotten pretty good at edging lying down with my back towards the ground. In this body position I'm able to more or less have my pelvic floor relaxed and have little to no IKs. However, when I stand up and masturbate, the body is a lot more tense and the IKs are full blown. Any ideas?

                    I can't yet call this a success story. But I have made massive difference in improvements and progress by adding back kegels/root locks and reverse back kegels into my routine. I have made a posting about my experience with it for pushing back PONR, frequent urinating at night and my experience using it for attempting dry orgasm for MMO . I have never bothered putting work into doing them. I never felt tension or problems in that area and so I could never understand how working the area around the Anus /PC would be effecting control and ejaculation when the BC/ standard kegel is where all the problems and action happens. I always viewed balance as ratio of kegel that reverse kegel, and not balance of front and back with RK and RRK. I still can't figure out how it's improving things, when I could alway separate the two easily. My only conclusion is, even though I felt all my issues in the pernium /BC strength and balance for the PC is still needed even wheb you have no issues being apparent. So if anybody hasn't had much success with kegels and reverse kegels I feel it's definitely worth looking into 4 way balance even if you don't feel you have an issue in that area.

                      I guess I missed some of the guidelines so if this and my previous posting needs removed I understand. My aim with the posting was to shed more light on the area of back kegels / 4 way balance approaches, instead of the usual 2 way kegel /RK approach to help as an additional solution.

                      I have done hindi squats for over a year to a high level. I always had really good flexibility before hand.

                      I been Edging with a tight grip for a couple of years.

                      I have kegel /RK for a few years regularly consistent for 2 years.

                      All of these things have helped make improvements . But adding focus on back kegel, and reverse back kegel even without feeling issues has really made a huge difference. Advanced squatting and these have made the biggest difference I feel.And yes I have not used these in sex yet, but every area on control, EQ, MMO, and delay or orgasm as greatly improved to where solo I never had success I finally do. It's important for me I guess to put emphasis on just because one doesn't feel they have any issues there, or can't see how it could help, they should ignore them.

                          I had problem with PE for very long time. Then i start doing only kegels 4-5 times a wee but things got worse. I was always very tense when doing sex and for all that years watching porn. When masturbating i was cumming for 2-3 min.

                          Then i start doing reverse kegel 5-6 times a week and kegels 3 times a week.

                          What help me most were:

                          - Reverse kegels - When i have sex always focus to stay relax not to do kegels or reverse

                          - Mastrubating - Left porn and trying to last 10-20 min. When it was going easy i start to add intensity (jerking faster and harder) and when go close to PONR i try to relax and bring down normal level of excitement. I observe when i hold very strong kegel for a couple seconds my excitement drops and i`m ready to jerk again. At start i barely can last 10 min and had to stop. For me masturbating is to understand your arouse level and to control it. Also to experiment with kegels and reverse when to do it. To program your brain to not ejacuate after 1 min (years of watching porn and aim to ejacuate quick)

                          - Relaxation and positions in sex - Before a aways going in and start thrust hard this lead to 1-2 min ejaculation. Now i start slowly and build back to thrusting. When i go slow and relaxed for maybe 1 min my fist hyper excitement pass and going back to normal. I start with positions where i`m in control. For me is misionary style positions.

                          - Thrusting - For me going deep is a lot easier to control my arousing. Problem postion for me is Cowgirl.

                          Doing kegels for about 3 mounths adding reverse about 1.5 mouths ago

                          Now every time can last at least 10min normal fucking with sometimes to 20min.

                          My girl love to have sex and rubing her clit she come in 20-25 minutes. I can endure this because we are doing slow and focus on her clit.

                          I am not complete cure from PE but i am pleased with my progress. My goal is to last 20 min aways (more time and i get bored). I hope after couple of mouths to can.

                          I have regular sex with my girlfriend prety much every day (and maybe that helped a lot because i practise tehniques). We dont use condoms

                              Yesterday my gains fail i only lasted 5 min. I don`t know why this happen maybe because i dont reverse kegels 3 day on row and build some tension. On second round i go up to 20 min. Sometimes i`m very sensitive and it`s very hard to control it is it common? This happening once on 7-8 sex acts.

                              Other thing that find was when i drink 3-4 beers i can go for 20-25 min. I`m aways very relax with my girl but maybe alcohol lower my sensitivity.
