Some of these people succeed. Many others continue to do all the work, trying everything, without success. I know you don't believe it - to you, if they haven't succeeded, they haven't worked enough - but it's true and there are plenty of reports of it. You would deny PYT, Priligy, etc... to those whose lives would be better for it. I have a different point of view.

I've been doing this routine for a couple of weeks, albeit not everyday like suggested, its surprisingly difficult. I have definitely noticed an improvement in my PF relaxation. What feels like slightly improved ejaculatory control too, though it's a little early to tell. Will report back in another couple of weeks.

I have only started to get into it daily (was slacking before) with doing APT workouts and I do notice how much my pelvic floor flexes instead of my abs and how much pain my lower back is in whenever I lift heavy stuff. Whenever I move around anywhere or do any kind of activity my pf does a front kegel, but I don't think I could properly call it an "invoulentary kegel" because the fact that my body got used to using a kegel as a "stabilizer" instead of using the abs which are there for a reason. To make more sense I feel my body kegel more than I feel my abs flex when doing anything (also can feel the tightness of it while I'm resting and it's really bothering me sometimes now that I know how tense it is).

Uh huh a log with a year of work and no success has yet to be shown to me .
I have consistently said i am not against medical drug use when it is safe and effective . Fact is i don't think pre e drugs met those criteria and just get in the way of guys commitment to training .
A lack of commitment to training is very evident in those that fail . A symptom of that is the "where is the pill" attitude from early on.

This thread seems to have helped some guys that came to it with a positive attitude .
Posture is often implicated in stubourn pre e cases and an area to consider if your training isn't going as well as it should .

Nowadays, people sit a lot in a slouching position, the thing is that it not always in all people creates ATP. One should truly find out what is wrong with their postures.
But almost all bad postures cause hip and back problems, hence PreE. The long term solution for getting rid of it is always get rid of your bad posture.
And glute, glute and glute activation and power and mass. Cannot emphasize how important is it in everything, even for your stretches efficiency.
