Ballooning

I've been edging for a few days and I thought I give ballooning a go, I'm still bit confused from reading the stickys..

So is the sweet spot on the tip of your bellend? I tried this but it is really hard work and sensitive. I was reverse kegelling too but I stopped after 10 minutes because I kept going soft.

The weirdest thing was when I went for a pee it started hurting a lot, any feedback would be great
