    Try doing what i did it will speed up your progress.
    I sometimes have involutary kegels too but they stop after a minute or so.
    If u can eliminate them thats so much better

    I agree with almost everyone here except masturbating or edging while watching porn. That should not be done, for many proven reasons. If someone is going to watch porn they should just watch it without masturbating to train the body mind and penis to stay relaxed while taking in those very strong stimulating visuals. One of the biggest reasons people get premature ejaculation is by masturbating or edging while watching porn. I also find and rub my sweet spots to get used to the stimulation and to sort of temporarily “desensitize” the nerve endings. ....And of course having constant and supportive sex with a kind and caring partner also gets rid of premature ejaculation and anxiety very quickly. More reverse kegels than regular kegels is good also. I use strong reverse kegels during sex to bring arousal down and stop ejaculation dead in its tracks. I do it when I pull out and exit the vagina, NOT during stimulation. Good luck everyone it’s nice to be here again. Hope everyone is doing great.

    Started MAY 2011 BPEL 5 and a 1/2 inches. EG 5 and a 1/2 inches.

    i'm considering alternating sessions, once with lube and once without

    I think lube increases sensitivity, and is also more similar to having real sex. So if you're working on improving your stamina I think it is better to do it with lube. For me, I am not yet on the level where I can counter IKs when I use lube, so I do it without.

    Very interesting thread. But what if the PE is in my head?

    I can edge for hours. My wife can give me a handjob or blowjob for an unlimited amount of time. I have complete control over my ejaculation during those activities. Start/stop works like magic. It's easy. So my penis surely seems desensitized enough to enable good control. But as soon as I insert my penis in her vagina, I almost never make it past 10 pumps. Start/stop method doesn't seem to work in that case. I can stop, take it out and wait, or do something else for any amount of time. And as soon as I re-insert it I'll still be at the point of no return and cum almost immediately.

    It hasn't been always like this. When I was younger I would have the same control during intercourse. It is getting progressively worse.

    Anybody any ideas? It's so frustrating!

    What might help is feeling your perineum when you're on the verge of ejaculating. I noticed that for me it was very tight when I was really close to coming. I have two exercises that I use to relax my pelvic floor during the 'stop' phase of start/stop: reverse kegeling, and the spreading relaxation (see https://www.*************.org/mens-s...tractions.html).
    Work on both of these on your own, and try to incorporate them with the start/stop method when having sex. I am now at the point where I can do a few pumps, then breathe in and out while focusing on relaxing my pelvic floor, and go again. I think this method of me exercising on my own, combined with practice during actual sex should get me over my PE.

    If your pelvic floor is not tight at all, someone else should give you advice, since I am not experienced in the mental aspect of it.

    How long do you last in a blowjob before the first "Stop".. If you desensitize the erogenous zones in your penis you won't need to stop and you will last longer in any situation.
    Also, use thrusting while stimulating your sweet spots. for example instead of stimulating your frenulum in a fast motion with your fingers try thrusting and moving fast that your frenulum hits your fingers instead.
    In addition, Use the deep touches over the frenulum or any other sweet spot. Don't touch lightly, but deeply and vigorously which is more like real sex where the pressure is more and vagina is tighter.
    Don't cum more than twice a week.. better if every 5th day no matter how many sessions you have.
    Aim at 2 sessions daily of 40 minutes each and cum on the 5th day (10th session) you will find that you last longer and with the increased confidence your mental problem will disappear

    Edging is using any technique to stimulate to PONR and then staying right on the edge. Ballooning is one method. Others use full penis stroking. For me OP. Congratulations on finding a method that works for you. I'm happy for your gains.

    Your information was more helpfull that I expected when I read it. I checked my perineum around the PONR and it was like a rock! I'm goint to focus on relaxing that. I've got something to work on now.
