I won't take much of your time but i will give a method to get rid of premature ejaculation without the nonsense that we see online these days.

First of all i'm a 25 years old Egyptian doctor who only came to realize that premature ejaculation is a problem recently.
In Egypt, it is not common to have premarital sex, so i never thought that cumming in a minute or two is a problem.
It was not until i had a girlfriend and i had my first sexual encounter with her and came after 3 minutes of a handjob. I was embarrassed and kept kissing her to gain time before the next erection. That was only 7 months ago and since then i kept searching online and purchased a few books about lasting longer in Bed.
The false information:
Breathing techniques and relaxing and so on did not help me at all with my problem, and only made me last half a minute longer if any.
Most books inform us to train our PC muscle and when we feel the urge to cum we should pull out and kegel to bring our arousal down. Although this way made me last a couple of minutes longer, it was exhausting and i felt the urge to cum again only a minute after kegeling so hard. I would get breathless and cannot enjoy the act of sex.
Drugs and numbing agents is not natural and you won't feel confident using them. What would you do if you wanted to have sex on the spur of the moment and didn't have those medicaments on.
How erection and ejaculation works:
Erection happens in the mind. you can think about sex and get an erection without touching your penis. And you can play with your penis for hours and never get an erection if you are thinking about something else or overwhelmed with worry and problems.
Ejaculation is triggered from the penis itself. you can never cum without physically stimulating your penis even if you think about sex for a year continually.
In order to have a good erection quality you should, ejaculate only twice a week. watching porn won't affect erection as most people think. excessive ejaculation does.
Ejaculation control starts in the penis. not relaxing or breathing techniques or not by "not thinking about the problem" slogan
Medical background:
any nervous tissue has receptors that responds to stimulants. When these receptors gets exposed to a repetitive stimuli over and over it gets desensitized by time in a process called Down regulation. This means that the nervous tissue starts to decrease the number of its receptors to that stimuli.
For example, people who ingest tramadol and other opioids tend to increase the dosage by time in order to gain the same effect. just like what happens with smoking. The nicotine receptors in the brain becomes less and you need to boost the number of cigarettes you smoke to get the same effect you used to have.
We can use the same idea in desensitizing your penis and make it less responsive to physical stimulation and need a longer time of friction to ejaculate.
How to do this:
two steps:
1.Know your trigger zones (the areas on your penis the triggers ejaculation reflex and makes you cum). These zones are more sensitive than the rest of the penis. For example, mine were the left side of the shaft just under the head of the penis measuring around 2 cm. and the underside of the penis in a place called the frenulum. The base of the shaft is the least sensitive and if you stroke it only you won't cum easily.
Basically, get an erection with a lubricant with or without porn and when you feel you are near the point of cumming, slow down and touch different areas of your penis and try to identify the most sensitive spots that make you wanna cum uncontrollably.
2. Desensitize those spots:
Masturbate everyday and watch porn to get blood in large amounts into your penis (this makes the technique more effective). Get the erection by only stimulating one of those sensitive spots and when you feel the urge to cum remove your hands and don't pause for more than 30 seconds. Restimulate that spot just as the urge to cum subsides just by a bit.
Keep the erection going for as long as you can and on the verge of cumming for 30 minutes if you can.
Watch porn -->Stimulate a sensitive spot--> get erect --> keep stimulating --> feel you wanna cum --> stop --> restimulate after 10 seconds --> stop again when you feel the urge again.. and so on for 30 minutes and don't cum.
you can rub this spot, squeeze it, do anything to keep it stimulated but don't cum.
After a couple of weeks of doing this daily it won't be as sensitive as it used to. it will just feel like the base of the shaft.
Take one spot at a time for a couple of weeks. when it becomes desensitized move to another area.
The objective is not to cum.
you can cum every 4th day as this give faster results compared to cumming everytime.
N.B these sensitive spots might respond to light touches and deep vigorous touches, so make sure you do both. for e.g after i get an erection i stimulate my frenulum for 15 minutes with light touches only while watching porn and then with deep touches for another 15 minutes.
the longer you stimulate these areas continuously without cumming the less sensitive it will be.
Take it easy and do this training once daily or twice (which is better) for a month and a half and then you will reach a point where you only do it twice a week for maintainance.
I hope this helps you guys as i feel more relaxed and happier now.

You make a lot of sense, but I take exception with this:
Just because breathing techniques and relaxation did not work for you does not mean it is false information. I did a lot of what you say, in terms of desensitizing and so on, but I only moved into the 20-30 minute range once I had the relaxation and breathing mastered.03/2015 Start <Able to last ~ 2 mins PIV>

For the op information the technique he describes is called edging . I believe the particular variant he uses is called ballooning. There is a ton of detailed issue onsite of various types and how to combine them with other methods.

If you focus on the breathing and relaxation while you only last a min or two it wont help you at all.
The problem with the false info is that keeps directing you away from the main action.
Also some other books suggest you avoid stimulating those hot spots during masturbation in order not to cum. But the key to actually target those areas repetitively.
Real sex stimulates all these spots and you cannot avoid arousing them.

May be its ballooning but it gave quick and amazing results compared to edging.

We have numerous proven techniques onsite some involve forms of edging such as you suggest some involve pelvic floor training and so on . Many guys use more than one form concurrently . Many guys that have not had success with edging find success with other methods .
You have to understand we have heard all this before and have a lot of experience ;many years teaching edging and other methods . There is nothing wrong with edging but to hold it out as the be all and end all is just false.
Go to the must read stickies and read those threads you will learn much.

I just hope people get cured as i wasted months on looking for a solution to this which affected work and study.. let alone the psychological pain and the stab in ur confidence.
I practoced edging but it didnt work becauae it focuses on the whole penis while the sensitive spots got less individual attention therefore less effective. Ballooning or as i explained is way better and will give you what u will gain in year with edging in only a month or two

There is more than one way to skin a cat. To cure PE, which I am currently working on, I feel that training front RKs (i.e. learning to relax your BC muscle) is one of the most important things, as addition to stretching (e.g. yoga, hindi squats, etc.). However, I think you've hit upon an important point here, which I think can help you to last even longer. But currently I feel like countering IKs using RKs is the most important first step. I think I am going to keep a log of my progress to share my experience.
