  • SEVERE PREMATURE EJACULATION... please help me

Hello everyone, i am i need of desperate help.

Basically, i realised pe was an issue when i first started having sexual experiences and would ejaculate as soon as i entered or just when someone would rub up on my crotch. I now have a gf and we are happy, but we cant have sex as every time we try i ejaculate instantly. Foreplay is almost exactly then same.. sometimes lasting maybe 10 seconds if that.

I have realised i have a hyper sensitive penis head and just under the penis head. On tip of this, i believe i have a tight pelvic floor especially the bc muscles and i get very strong erections. I feel as if i have constant tension in this area and Ik throughout the day. When it comes to anything slightly sexual, i almost continuously IK to the point where i come instantly. IK occur most when pressure is applied to my sensitive areas (trigger points i believe). The bc and pc muscles get sore also and i additionally produce a lot when i ejaculate. It is making me miserable i want to enjoy anything related with to or with sex; when watching porn it is exactly the same (under 10 seconds), i climax almost instantly. When not watching porn and thinking of nothing it improves slightly.

I have stuck to a reverse kegel routine along with stretches (including hindi squats), taking time to relax the area,
edging and touching the sensitive areas whilst relaxing. I have been doing this for about 5/6 months now for around 4/5 times a week with no improvement just more awareness of these muscles and nothing else - still cant enter during sex.

I recently got the courage to ask my dad and found out that he has the same issue. Its awkward but he said he practised edging but still can barely last long in bed at all.. maybe a minute or so. Ive read everything there is to read and i feel that my problem is to do with genetics and is inherited causing an imbalance in chemical transmitters such as dopamine and serotonin and many more which causes my to finish WAY too early. If so, is there any point in spending as much time trying to train my body and brain as it hasn't been working, if the real cause of the problem is beyond my control?

It is really stressing me out. I am young and want to enjoy anything sexual without blowing it as soon as it starts. If it is genetic, are there ANY roots i can go down - should i continue doing what im doing?

Any suggestions from anyone would be amazing... id really like to know what you experts think about this (pegasus)

im really suffering and extremely sad

Are you relaxing your pf every minute during the day? If you don’t then the stretching won’t give you a great result! Especially when at the gym/feeling anxious/standing up from a seated position.l etc etc The only time you should contact these muscles is sneezing/couging/ejaculating!

Also, make sure you breath correctly whilst stretching and absolutely don’t hold your breath.

When you lesrn to ‘always’ relax your pf you will be amazed how quick your results will be. 😎

Thanks for the reply. I dont think it is relaxed every minute of the day but i do try... i find it hard to relax, sometimes i get confused weather it is or not. It tenses up whenever i get up from sitting or lying down etc

I used to have a pretty big case of this myself. A couple times making out on benches I'd bust my pants pretty hard there and then. Granted, there was pressure applied in the area, and I ironically didn't mind all that much, but it sounds pretty comparable to your own case.

I have a tight pelvic floor too my friend, it's no big deal. Just do some research online, and look at stretches that can solve two things:

          1. Directly relaxing the pelvic floor; hindi squats, happy baby, belly breath combos
          2. Fix postural imbalances which caused pelvic floor tension in the first places; if you have anterior pelvic tilt, try lizard pose for hip flexors, and a lower back stretching routine. Half Lord of the Fishes pose may help you

Chances are your tension's been around for a while, so it'll take a while to totally fix. But it's reversible, so take spirit and chill out. It'll be fine in a few months should you stick to a consistent routine.

Check out the Hans Protocol too for further guidance. It's really no big deal.

          Good luck friend.

i also feel my bc muscle, the one close to the start of my penis, is always tense. Just below, when i gat an erection, theres a big hard lump which is obviously the muscles tensing up. This starts as soon as i begin to get hard and gets bigger with my ereciton

thankyou! do you have any idea about wether you think it is genetic or not, which i definitely think it is. If so, does it mean i can actually fix it, since my dad hasnt made much progress?

stretching wont do very much if it is tense the rest of the day. I had to quit sit ups, i had to relax my stomach muscles as much as my pf muscles. I had to learn to be fully conscious of these muscles at all times. I was ejaculating with a still flacid penis within 30 seconds! Within a month or so i could go 20 minutes.
                Breathing is so so important!!

Your inflexibility may be genetic, mine likely is. But that doesn't really mean much. If your dad has been unfortunate in that he never targeted his pelvic floor with diaphragmatic breathing and stretching routines, it makes sense his symptoms still unfortunately exist. But you can learn to bring your body back into balance, it's just a matter of stretching the appropriate parts of your body, through breathing, yoga, all that good stuff.

It's important you not make too many excuses for yourself though, or you may find yourself running in place and not actually moving anywhere.

what is diaphragmatic breathing ? Just deep breathing ? I feel like the area which is most tense is round the base of my penis - i find it incredibly hard almost impossible to target this area. What kind of breathing can i use to try and relaxx these constantly tight and easily triggered muscles and how would i do it?

i feel like the area which is most tight is the base of my penis, it is hard and amost impossible to target it using reverse kegels. What stretches/breathing techniques wuld you sugest to relax this constantly tight and easily triggered area?

Breathing from stomach, not from chest. It is also healthier and you can inhale more oxygen that way too. I also recommend to anyone that has anterior pelvic that should do the exercises go fix it. If anyone wants to try the difference, tilt your pelvis back so your butt sticks out. Now poke yourselves with your finger on the area above penis and below belly button. It's tight and you can't push in properly with finger. Now tilt your pelvis forward so your butt doesn't stick out at all. Try again, you'll notice how that area is relaxed now and you can push it easily with your finger.

I've been doing exercises for a month now and I must say I can actually feel and notice the difference in tension and my posture. Hopefully after some more times, I will be able to last longer, as I used to half a year ago, before I did damage to myself with doing kegels wrong.

Also another tip, if you aren't sure 100% doing proper kegels (kegeling should be from PC muscle, not BC), don't do them at all. Your better erection quality isn't worth it if you last very short.

                          So yes, to summarize:
Proper breathing techniques, stretching to loose your pelvic floor, doing kegels the correct way or stopping with them completely.

Anxiety is part of the problem.
