Some good questions:
1) Once the link between the brain and muscle is achieved for doing rk, does this ability stay with you forever or you lose the mind body connection when not training your reverse kegels ? Simply put: you loose the skill if time passes without reverse kegeling ?
2) Should I expect the fluttering sensation in the bc muscle to dissappear in a few weeks of consistent rk's ?
Thanks.Balancing the pelvic floor.

possibly you were a bit too into your imagination with the FL. With your GF maybe this happened, you were relaxed enough to actually recognise the plateau where youre enjoying without going over the limit.

Help !
I can't do the front RK anymore! It's like I lost isolation skill all of a sudden.
I can't even feel the fluttering in the muscle now, I touch the taint but it won't even nudge...
What did I do wrong ? Did I overtrain the muscle ? I did many rk's every day for two weeks now. I did a lot of them every day.
Should I take rest days now and let it come back to normal ? I read that it was very rare to overtrain the RK.
I'm disappointed in myself.
Some help, please ?Balancing the pelvic floor.

Your anxiety is palpable that does not help.
You are a candidate for rk overtraining .

Thanks for pointing out the anxiety: it would seem that my problems outside pre-e training are creating anxiety. I will try to reduce it with meditation and yoga, I promise.
Then I will take 2-3 days rest without any rk's, hindi squat (I can now do 20 minutes, btw) or pf stretching, to let the muscle recover.
As always, thank you Pegasus.Balancing the pelvic floor.

Anyone heard from Cephalus lately? He seemed to have been making some great progress.
Also, like many including Cephalus and I, deep/Hindi squats are great at stretching the PF but they seem to really loosen up the PC. Hence, why people feel they can RK from back but not the front. Hence, why people still suffer from PE and hence why people last long by hand but a FL or real women you can only last seconds - THE BC IS STILL NOT STRETCHED AND STILL NOT LOOSE.
Correct if I am wrong, squats will help but not the sole answer. The next step would be doing stretches. Pulling from the glans out and in all directions as one user posted on another thread. Once loosen you should start seeing improvement there also and THEN RK in the front becomes easier.
That is my theory and I have just started....no progress as of yet apart from a loose PC feeling after squats
Would love your input and if anyone knows how to get in touch with Cephalus that would be great!!

I have been incorporating the BC stretches by gripping the glans and pulling away from the body. Personally I've only been doing it straight out in front as well as straight upward toward my chest as these are the only directions where I feel the BC stretching and where my dick will pull back inward strongly if I kegel.
I've seen great progress so far with my ejac. control in general, though I'm doing many things at once so it's hard to know exactly where the effects are coming from.
One thing I will say is that before I was doing these stretches - and this might be kind of hard to explain - but if I'd pull my dick upward it would stretch a certain length, then there was a slight half second "delay" where it was like my BC was clenching and holding on, and then it would "release" and stretch the final little bit. Now the stretch is more fluid and often that little "delay" isn't there anymore. It will just stretch the full length in one motion without my BC trying to contract and hold on.
I do these for 30 seconds in each direction (straight out in front and straight up) throughout the day - usually each time I go to urinate I'll just crank a couple stretches out after I'm done.
