That is most certainly true. However, I have made a discovery (albeit on myself) and also why I am in search for Cephalus as he seems to have the same issue.
Using a dry hand which usually means you grab the skin of the shaft and move that forward and back causes my PC muscle to clench up. I only realise as I let go and they release. Also, back RK is far more easier for most especially with abundant hindi squats. It has lead me to believe why Cephalus suddenly lasted 15mins with his GF's handjob.
As for a FL, it brings a wet approach and stimulates the glands far more. Also the skin of the shaft is not really moving it's simply being stimulated. Anyway, the wet stimulation of the glans specifically, for me when I try, causes my BC to stark IK'ing. This is exactly what causes me to reach PONR in 10seconds or a few strokes! Loosening the stretching the BC seems more difficult initially also.
As for why this happened in the first place I really think it was:
1) The past decade of soft dry rubbing especially with boxers/trousers on
2) Never using a wet approach.
3) Clenching that BC just to finish
4) Light grip
Also, proves why edging helps a lot I guess? Wet stimulation of the glans would be trying to reverse these effects allowing your body to get use to what it should have been feeling in the first place.

Well ... these last months have been pretty tough on me: barely got my college diploma, barely got into an MBA, I broke up with my 2 year girlfriend at the beginning of july, couldn't get hired where I should've, I ate junk food, my testosterone levels were in the gutter, got into a depression. A downward spiral.
Couldn't keep up with the Pre-E training and the forum. But now I dusted myself off and I'm back in the saddle.
The most important thing for all of you suffering from Pre-E (especially for the non-believers): The training I had done up until I gave it up generated clear results. I was definitely able to last longer when I had sex: how much I wanted with a handjob AND 3 minutes with actual sex.
Those 3 minutes are a long way from my usual 10/20/30 seconds. But since I left the training, the results started to fade away: after my breakup I slept around with a couple of college girls and, as each week passed without any training, my lasting time decreased as well. From 3 minutes to 2:30, then 1:30, then 30 seconds again, in the timespan of aproximately 3 months. More proof ? Now I also lost my ability to isolate and feel/perform the front RK, whereas 3-4 months ago I was doing it fine. Now I'm back at 30 seconds. Lost all my hard work because of abandoning RK's & long Hindi Squats.
RK training & Hindi Squats (the one I focused on) work. Given my experience during these months, there's a clear causality.
No more training, decreased lasting power. Clear evidence.
Anyway, I'm glad to be back again among the users in this beautiful community and I'm starting RK & Hindi again this week.

You can imagine they were not thrilled with my lasting time. There were different gals. I slept with a same girl just twice during that period.
But I made up my shortcomings by giving good cunnilingus and being blessed with a big penis (every girl I slept with told me/was amazed/refused to be on top/ refused anal etc.)
But their disappointments didn't hit me so hard, because I knew that the Pre-E is reversible. great theory, I've always thought even with a relaxed Pf the Pc muscle can still feel tense and cause me to involuntarily kegal.
I just wanted to ask whether do you do these stretches erect or flacid?

Started my training again today.
I'll ease into my old routine slowly. Began with only 5 minute Hindi Squat and will work up again to 10-15 minutes.
