How long did you last with a fleshlight at first? If youre at 40-50 seconds and started at like 20, thats double the improvement right? Also when you pee, do you just release pee? Like when youre done peeing do you do a kegel to get the last few drops out? or do you keep the reverse kegels going while peeing?
Also are you still on a kegel routine? On a kegel routine do you do them while erect or when soft? Ty

When I first used the FL on 26.01.2018 (never tried pocket vaginas before this) I ejaculated instantly in it
. After that I came in 20 seconds and after a while in 40-50 seconds. So yes, it's and improvement.
While I pee I noticed that the urine stream passes more quickly now and without many IK's. Sometimes they happen, but they're becoming less frequent. After peeing I always try to keep the whole pelvic floor relaxed so that I don't have to kegel to get the last few drops out. I'm still working on getting completely rid of kegeling at the end, but it's not so much a problem anymore because it happens less and less nowadays and judging by my own evolution graph of the symptoms, in a few months I should be completely fine.
No, I'm currently not on any kegel/reverse kegel routine, but I plan to start reverse kegels in a few weeks just to speed things up and to complement the hindi squat.Balancing the pelvic floor.

Tell me, do you think normal people kegel at the end of urinating to get the last few drops out? I have done it my entire life and when I dont do it, it feels like im going to pee in my underwear when I pull it up. I wonder if this is normal, or because we have PE its just worse for us.

I really don't know if men without pre-e and/or tight pelvic floor involuntarily kegel or not at the end of urination the get the last drops out. I have also kegeled involuntarily my whole life at the end of urination: sometimes I get a slight burning feeling in the urethra right before the stream stops and that slight burning sensation kind of forces me to kegel.
I asked other men about other simptoms of mine, but not about kegeling at the end.
Maybe one of the members around here who don't have pre-e might kindly answer this questionBalancing the pelvic floor.

I just don't get it
So I have control with handjobs, but still averaging 40 seconds on the FL ? I tried it last night and still 40 secs.
Given, when I trust in the FL there are still IK's so I guess those are the problem.
Are there people who perform terribly while alone but have great stamina during actual sex ?

Hey Cephalus,
I have a similar problem. When edging with my hand or receiving handjobs I have pretty decent control over myself, when thrusting though that control decreases dramatically. I believe this has to do with weak core muscle and maybe weak glutes. But I am not sure.

It's time for me to finally add Reverse Kegels into my routine.
Managed to loosen very well the back of the pelvic floor with the Hindi Squat so far, but the front is still thight.
So I decided to directly ,,attack" the front of my pf trough reverse kegels.
Which way do you guys think it's more effective in loosening the front: should I do compound reverse kegels (front & back at the same time) or try the front reverse kegel ?
