Important Updates !
- Had a go with the FL this morning and I timed myself to the first PONR: 2:05 minutes ! Granted, it was slow, deep strokes and I tried reverse kegeling during this time as well. Nice improvement. When I'm going at it fast and hard first PONR comes in 40-50 seconds. I will assess again soon to see if hard & fast pace improved too.
- I began holding a light reverse kegel while walking when I read bigmoe5067 advice [QUOTE=bigmoe5067;482127
ive found very light, long held reverse kegels while walking has done me the most benefit
[/QUOTE] .Thanks to iceclimber as well for the advice of holding mild rk during everyday activities. And I can also do light rk's when walking now. In the past I couldn't even if i tried hard.
- Everytime I work at the laptop now (so a big number of hours) I sit in a hindi squat, then when I get tired get up, walk around, and the come back to squatting and working.
- I can now do Rk's everytime I hindi squat and feel the intense.
Cheers to everyone !Balancing the pelvic floor.

Tried edging with hand and moderate grip (No deathgrip. I know the cautionary stories on forum) and diferent stroke speeds and only with the feeling and no stimulus: I could last forever with this but stopped at 35 minutes because the only way I could cum was to force a normal kegel.
Should I see this as progress ?Balancing the pelvic floor.

Saw some discussion about APT on another thread and hurried to check myself.
Ruled out APT as a factor in my pre-e. I researched online to see what it is and to assess myself for it and so far so good, I don't have APT.
I used this video:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Hf27o0VLPco
I will also ask my PT at the next appointment, just to be 100% sure.Balancing the pelvic floor.

I have been off and on this forum for a couple years. I have PE that comes and goes, and have had a few instances on going soft.
Anyway, I can inflate the area around my anus very easily, I guess that’s the Pc. I can’t for the life of me get the bc right under my balls to do anything (except when I kegel, then it tightens up easily).
It doesn’t feel tense at all, and I guess that’s a good thing. But I have had issues with my pelvic floor (get a boner from hugs, precum, delayed pee, and of course PE). I had a couple episodes around New Years where I started getting soft. Not so soft I could t continue, but enough that I freaked out and did a million kegels per day for a few weeks. Now I am having PE. Anyway, I do Hindi squats and all that. I can inflate my sphincter easily but can’t do much to the bc. Is just mildly trying to pee on your pants so to speak good enough? I can nelly breath and slightly push out and that’s about as best as I can do. It always ends up feeling like my anus is expanding.

Guys !! Good news !! I think I finally got down the front reverse kegel, but something strange is happening with it.
I’ve been able to produce an front rk for about a week now. Before this, It was impossible for me to feel the front rk while standing, sitting or even lying down ! Now I can feel it in almost every position ! I can even feel the muscle moving slightly while I push my finger against the perineum.
The strange thing is that whenever I front Rk, there’s a fluttering sensation in my perineum (BC muscle) while I do the rk. I can’t hold rk for more than 3-5 seconds and I rely on my lower abdomen to achieve it, but everytime I do rk, I feel this sensation in the muscle, like muscle tissue popping/tearing.
I searched the forum for people with a similar situation, but to no avail.
To the veterans and anyone that knows: What do you think that popping sensation in the muscle is ?
Am I even doing the front rk correctly ? @ Pegasus ?
I'm so thrilled !

It is likely to be stretching your body is not used to.

Thank you, Pegasus.
It crossed my mind that my bc was frozen shut for so many years and only now, after months of training, it is beginning to give in and stretch properly
It is so good to know that I'm doing the front RK well and that healing is how a matter of time and consistencyBalancing the pelvic floor.

Hey Cephalus
where exactly are you feeling the front RK?
I suspect that I too just really discovered how to properly do it, I feel it between my scrotum and my anus. There is this one muscle you can press when close to cumming, pressing it will stop ejaculation. This is the one I feel getting stretched. Is this the one you feel too?
Earlier I always thought that you have too feel it above your shaft, like where all the pubic hair is growing

I feel the front rk right there, in the perineum, between the testicles and Anus. Well, technically, the feeling of the front RK is happening in the bulbospongiosus muscle of the superficial perineal layer. (there are a lot of diagrams of te pelvic floor on the internet which show that the bulbospongiosus muscle wraps around the bulb of the penis and the urethra, all the way to the testicles)
You're doing it exactly like me, but do you also feel the popping sensation in the muscle ?
I'm beginning to think more and more, a lot more after Pegasus helped me with an answer above, that my bc muscle was frozen tight in a hypertonic state for so many years, that only now it's beginning to unfreeze and at last stretch.
All the best to all !Balancing the pelvic floor.

No I dont get the popping sensation. Sometimes though I feel a tingling, like a really deep stretch. Feels good.
Sometimes my RK is followed by a normal K, I still have to get rid of that.
Most of the times I RK in the Hindi Squat position which gives me a really nice stretch whithout following K's
thx for the insight on if I am doing it right
I am fairly new to PE....
