  • Am i going to be able to fix my PE?

    Hi there guys

    I really need your help/advice:
    I‘ve started my PE curing program 1.5 month ago. I do hindu squats, RK daily and edging 3 times a week (ejaculating every second session).
    The cause of my PE is that i always tried to ejaculate as fast as possible since i‘m 14 (now 22).
    When i edge i reach PONR after 1-2 minutes for the first time - and that‘s so extremly fast. I feel like being the only one that suffers from PE so badly. Its so frustrating when edging for 15 minutes to stop like 13 times.
    I‘m more aware of my arousal and realzed how relaxing my BC affects my arousal level. But it‘s not helping that much yet. I‘m actually not expecting to see any progress yet (after 1.5 month) but my question is: is there anyone else who started with the same serve PE and was able to cure it? Do you guys think i‘m gonna be able to fix my PE? I think i really have to re-program my mind. Currently its like: as soon as i start masturbating my brain wants to ejaculate because it is used to it that way.
    Any other helpful tips for me.

    Pre-E has both physiological as well as a psychological components. You're not going to be able to reverse an 8 year habit of masturbating to orgasm as quickly as possible in a short few weeks of training. First off, if you have a habit of masturbating to PORN, you should join our AP90 Group to get support in breaking that habit ASAP! PIED (PORN Induced ED) is REAL, so if you're a serial masturbator to PORN, THAT'S your FIRST STEP...KICK YOUR PORN HABIT, and everything else will be easier to overcome.

    Focus on a healthy diet, regular cardio exercise as well as your Hindi squats / yoga poses at the Gym. It will improve your overall health, suppress your stress levels (withdrawal) from giving up PORN, and help build your confidence in defeating your pre-E / ED. Deep abs breathing exercises & fully relaxing your lower body while seated, during edging naked from the waist down, then using start/stop as necessary to control your IK's will help you build pelvic balance. A good K/RK regimen (60:40 ratio) should also be done regularly outside of PE exercises to balance your pelvic floor. This takes time, so just keep practicing regularly. You CAN overcome pre-E.

      TL;DR: I was just as bad as you and I've seen improvements.

      Yes you can overcome it. I'm a slow gainer and its been slow progress with my PE but in about 5 months I've seen progress. When I first started I would maybe get 20 strokes in and have to just stare at it for a solid 2 minutes. I would do this until I got to 20 minutes. Then I would get as close to PONR without crossing the line as many times as I could for as long as I could. I saw huge improvements. I've now got good control when it comes to edging (I don't use porn) and can last over an hour 99% of sessions. Now I'm working on implementing that into sex via stop/start method. I started off by doing just kegels; it wasn't about 2 months ago that I discovered RK and maybe a month ago learned about how important they are to stopping IK.

      The good news is that I started off as bad as you. I didn't realize the damage by masturbating quickly I was doing to myself physically and mentally until maybe about 5 months ago. Since then I've changed my lifestyle and have seen improvements. Slow improvements but still, improvements. I'm still pretty jacked up mentally when it comes to PE but I have a very understanding partner who is willing to help me progress and she has helped a lot.

        There are a lot of us out there (in here). Frankly, it took me about a year to really notice a difference. Some success earlier on, but after a year I was getting to where I wanted to be.

        I think you need to give it time. There is no quick fix. You will have to learn a number of different techniques and practice.

        Yoga, meditation, aerobic exercise, triangular breathing and kegel/reverse kegel balance are all part of it. I like to do pelvic thrusts. I find the motion of "in and out" has been a trigger for me, so I practice thrusting as part of my daily routine.

        You could try this, too:

        First, train your body that it can get an erection and not need to ejaculate. For a while get and erection then let it go. Walk away. Do not keep going. Get used to the idea that you can get hard and not cum. Practice. Each time stay hard a little longer. Don't try for the PONR, just get hard. Get used to being hard for longer periods of time.

        Once that is comfortable, then start to do PONR edging. Make a set schedule of how many times you edge before you allow yourself to ejaculate. Even if it means you have to stop edging sometimes right as you start, do it.

        I started that way. I set a goal that I would not ejaculate unless my wife came 10 times first. I edged 5 days a week, but never allowed myself to shoot. Some days I could just get hard then could not continue because I knew I would loose it, so I just stopped. Over time it got much better. Now I can edge daily for 15 minutes and still have sex with my wife and control.

          Thank you so much guys! I really needed this! This motivates me! From the beginning I doubt that i could ever cure my PE because its so bad. But as i see, i'm not the only one and it takes time - a lot of time. I keep doing my exercise and add some of your suggestions!
          I will join the AP90 group and adjust my edging session as you guys recommended (Quit porn, stay erected, not ejaculate, etc.) . One more questions:
          I'm sill not sure if i do RK correctly. I can do them better when standing i think - then it feels like my whole PF expands, including my ass-muscle. Is this correct?

          I think the most important thing for me is to control my arousal better. Somewhere arousal is compared to a gas pedal in a car - my arousal is really uncontrolled. It's like pressing the pedal fully down in order to accelerate as fast as possible.

              Just to let you know I am 48 and just starting my pe daily. I was desperate. I ejaculate within seconds of starting intercourse, my wife of almost 20 yrs had become very distant because of this. I am still trying to stop PE. I was at the point of considering surgery or a prosthesis. I've made my own creams etc. This is the first site I found where what they teach has really worked without buying anything.
              My anniversary will be in April. I'm looking forward to the next 20 years with my wife, hoping to replace the first 20 of sexual frustration with bliss.

                So you‘ve been having PE for your life and now you started exercising and you see results? That‘s good news! How long are you able to have intercourse now?

                  Well, I'm still finishing earlier than I want. But the good news is that where I use to shrink up and come out of her, I am staying in until she finished. First time two weeks ago.

                      When I reached puberty I started masturbating. Got hooked on open, and many of my early sexual encounters were of the hurry up so you don't get caught variety. I've quit watching porn, and masturbating although I am now edging trying to last longer. Its very hard because I've trained my body to be selfish. I'm a Christian and to honor my wife and keep my marriag I'm going through these changes. I wish had done this when I was a teenager.

                        My story sounds very similar, Christian up bringing rushing masterbation to porn nearly everyday. I'm 30 now and have started the long journey to recovery. I still haven't managed to cut porn out fully, unfortunately.

                          Yes, it works. 2 years for me and still learning and practising.

                          1 Pelvic floor work
                          Begin with a RK/K routine with more RKs to get known to you're muscles. Add pelvic floor yoga and hindi squats to ease your muscles.

                          2 Edding
                          Begin with start/stop. Sometime later learn plateu edging, there you'll learn to find pleasure in arousal withouth ejaculation.

                          With 1 and 2 combined you can lock yourself into an state with arousal and control.

                          After that you can look into mmo training. This is the final boss.
