So I want to start hindi squats but I have few issues :
- My abductors hurt when I do it. I feel tension in them and no relaxation in my PF muscles
- The top of my feet hurts. Like from where the leg starts, at the ankle level.
- I can't hold my back straight. If I want my back straight my heels will not touch the ground.
Any ideas on how to tackle these issues or is it normal ?
PS : I do heavy squats every week at the gym and have no issues with them
