The best tip iceclimber can give u, he beat pe.
In my experience arousal control-try to calm youself, hold light rk, deep breathing also make big difference, and to control arousal, in my experience it is very important to masturbate without ejaculating(ejaculate every 4. or didth time) in that way you differentiate masturbation from ejaculation, its seems impirtant to me to make that divison. Try ro hold light rk, incorporate deep breathing and differentiate ejaculation from masturbation. Maybe its should be good sometimes have sex without ejaculation in order to train yourself to last longer, lol, thats came into my mind.

That Hindu/hindi thing is devils work to misslead and teick us XD.
try what iceclimber told you.
My theory is that your pelvic floor natural state is very tight, so you barely feel a difference between an IK and your "normal" state. So you're basically IK'ing all the time.
See how easily you can do an RK. Place your fingers between your balls and anus to see if you can make that area "inflate" when you do an RK. If it's very hard for you to do it, then probably my theory is correct.
I also heard that some people whent to like pelvic floor specialist/doctor/kyropractic i dont know really to make ultrasound(its probably doctor, i dont think the other have ultrasound) to make ultrasound of their pelvic floor to see if it was tensed.
I think that all pe people have tight pf, maybe you dont know to recognize it. Also if you dont have tight pelvic floor reverse kegel we again help you, rk give pe people normal stamina, and normal stamina people to develop delayed ejaculation. But if u get to develop de just make some kegel and you will have normal stamina, because rk expands your stamina and kegel shortness. Thats my opinion, cause in this thread in earlier posts iceclimber said that he use rk(other things as well) but i think that rk are maybe most important to beat pe like kegels are to develop pe. So uceclimber did rk, beat pe than develop delayed ejaculation that did some kegels ro get normal stamina.
So if your pelvic floor isnt tight, i think you should stick to rk, arousal control to learn(mental part is also big deal in my opinion) and edge with ejaculating every forth, fidth time.

Hindi Squats are just as important as RK'S in the whole mix of this. I personally only hold for 2 minutes tops but do them throughout the day. Especially if I'm at the gym.
When I edge for 30 minutes without ejaculation , I'll warm down than hold a Hindi Squat for 2 minutes while simultaneously reverse Kegels.
Doing Penis Enlargement and Stamina Training seemed to work great for me. Not only did my intercourse stamina increase but also my BPEL & EG.

I dont understand that two terms in the end of last sentence. I never really thought about pennis enlargement. Thx about hindi squat. I do them(trying to do but cant hold back straight because i m generally very unstreched, so besides that i found some other pose here in forum that i can do to stretch and do some other strecthing to make my hips more flexible but hope to be able to do proper hindi squat in future. I do that but never considered them and strechting important as rk. I dont like strechting lol, in the past when i was training boxing, at the end of the trainig whole club would strecth except me, i told trainer that i don t believe in strechting haha.

Hindi squats do hurt me as well. I know from the gym I have the same problem and I avoid squats...... for some reason whatever muscle or tendon is on the inside of my legs groin area hurts when I get to the bottom of a squat and my hips shift to the right where it almost looks like I'm turning. I have to really focus and constantly drop weight whenever I get the courage to do squats because my form is so terrible its embarrassing. With the hindi squats I get the same pinching feels in my inner thigh groin area. What weird is if I lean against the wall it's not nearly as bad doing a hindi squat and I can hold it for a couple minutes and my form is greatly improved vs 30 seconds balancing myself. When i come out of it I can feel the tension in the muscle though. Hopefully over time itll go away? I know I have tight Achilles tendons which causes my feet to pronate when I walk but surely that wouldn't effect the squat?
I am fairly new to PE....
