i train for about month, and it helped me. I advise you to read the thread from begining. @Iceclimber with his routine developed delayed ejaculation at some point, so he made some ordinary kegels to fix that and he fixed that. I think that if you do too much reverse kegels that you can develop delayed ejaculation but i think that is better to have delayed ejaculation than premature ejaculation. But in that case you just do some normal kegel to fix that and you are good to go. I afvise you to read the thread from begging cause i consider it golden. i hold reverse kegels for month and its now very normal to me to hold reverse kegel, its not something that i need to think about. But i think its just like riding a bike, in beggining its hard, after some time you dont need to think about it, you do it automaticly. I have not had problems with ed. I think you should ask iceclimber abou that, i read some of his progress diary, i recall he had problems with that and fixed them.

So I just read every post in this thread starting a few days ago.
Thank you so much for everyones inputs.
I had pre E then thought I cured whilst having lots of random sex with strangers. However the girl I'm with now I would tense up a lot in my pelvic floor and ejaculate quickly as we have a really deep connection she is super sexy and turns me on a lot when I look at her.
Spent the whole weekend focused on doing belly breathing with light rk in the car and when I remembered. Did hindi squats and deep squats with just the barbell at gym.
Last night was the first time I really relaxed focused on keeping my pelvic floor from tensing and just took things easy ended up lasting for a good 20minutes before having to pull out take a break and start again after that did stop start edging for about 20mins till I blew.
I found though with a relaxed pelvic floor the period between cuming and going again really shorted up.
The only issue was the second time around my erection quality wasn't as good but I noticed I tensed my pelvic floor to make myself harder which then lead to random spikes making me feel like cuming. I think I might need to quit watching porn and find the right balance now moving forward. I eventually want to last 1 hour even at a slow pace

Hey man that s so great!
I started to do all that you wrote here. The only issue i have is that reverse kegeling throughout the day makes me urinate all the time even though i don t have a lot of fluid. Any suggestions for it? Thanks

I've always been a 30sec man. Rushing to ejaculate and over arousal is the reason I ended up with premature ejaculation in the first place.
After reading your thread and of course a lot of valuable ones on this forum, I think I finally found a way to cure myself.
Yesterday I had a great edging session. I started slow and I had my full concentration on not to get involuntary kegels, mainly when I touch my frenulum.
It was hard during the first few minutes but I started to gain control overtime. After 10min of steady stroking, I felt like I gained 100% control on my ejaculation. I had no urge to ejaculate, though I got a few IKs when my thoughts went wild, but I was able to get back in control with deep breathing. I edged almost for 30 mins and did not cum.
I can't describe this feeling because I never had such long pleasure without ejaculating. I think people here call it plateau stage. It's all a mind game folks! (at least in my case)
I'll continue this routine and hopefully I could perform better the next time I meet my girl.

Edging is one thing the real thing is another. Edged yesterday and didnt have first edge for 12 to 15mins. Had sex this morning and had to stop at 20 seconds. Needs alot of time it seems to balance the 2 times together.

I found this challenging as well. The first successful time I had sex after doing pelvic floor stretches and massage, reverse kegels, edging, ballooning, etc, I ask my wife if I could be in complete control over the situation. Here's what I did:
1. Asked her to be on top so that I could focus on keeping my pelvic floor muscles loose.
2. Before we had intercourse, I kept my arousal very low by keeping my mind mellow, doing relaxation breathing, and reverse kegels
3. When we first started, I entered and then I asked her not to move at all. We just laid there for a couple minutes. I did a lot of reverse kegels. I focused on my breathing and tried to dissipate that nervous feeling in my stomach.
4. I had her move up and down very slowly (maybe one cycle every 10 seconds). I didn't thrust my hips (which at that time was still making my pelvic floor tighten). For each time she move up or down, I took a breath into my belly, I did a reverse kegel, and then I exhaled.
We did this until for a number of minutes. Then I slowly developed a plateau like during edging.

When you guys here on the forum talking about pelvic floor stretches, does they mean RK? In my understanding pelvic stretch are stretching hip flexors, childpose, hindi squat etic... And pelvic floor streches are streching pelvic floor muscle wich is the muscle that hiding in your body in your pelvic area and you can only strech them with rk.
I am fairly new to PE....
