I couldn't access the forum yesterday. So, about your questions:
1 - I didn't made any normal kegels, only reverse kegels, because they are the ones who will expand and relax your pelvic floor. I focused more on front RK though I would do some back RK at times. Let's say 10% of the time I did RK were focused on back RK, and the other 90% of it were mainly front RK.
The routine is the same I described on the main post: I would take 10 mins or more everyday to do hindi squat + RKs. And would try to maintain a light RK during most of the day doing my daily activities.
2 - Your problem may also be arousal control. There are two things you can do:
The first is desensitizing yourself to arousal, getting your mind more used to sex and porn. To do that you need to have a gradual exposure to those things and masturbate/have sex slowly until you start to feel you have a better control over your body.
The second thing is relaxation. Breath slowly, do meditative reverse kegel (slowly expand your belly and pelvic floor as you inhale, and let go as you exhale). During masturbation and sex, try to have calming thoughts. A good thing is taking this whole thing less seriously, if you make fun of it in your mind, it can help you to relax.
As you progress on your pelvic floor and mental trainings, you'll gradually have more and more control over your Involuntary kegels and that will bring you more confidence, which will keep you more relaxed during sex.

I'm very new to this site, but I like your post on curing PE, I've searched the web on how to cure this and it's even come to the point where I believe I lost a bit of passion to have sex but I'm not a quitter and I know everything is curable with time
Back when I was 20 I increased my penis size by jelqing and other techniques but I didn't take kegels serious as I should have, and growing up i use to masturbate fast and crazy.
Now that am older I see what type of issues that have caused and I'm hell bent in a patient way to rid myself of this.
And just last week I learned what reverse kegels are.
So I have three questions not only for you but anyone who can answer.
I just started practicing edging and I can say it's a beginners process, I still come like in a few seconds, probably because I do them after my penis enlargement exercises.
Do you recommend I do edging after my exercises?
About edging how slow do you recommend I go?
Everything you described I feel, I feel myself tensing up breathing rapidly and mentally feeling like not again. I know this is all bad.
I use to use porn for stimulation but I want to get more mentally attached with myself.
When during intercourse should I do my RK , I read online that if not done at the proper time it could be detrimental.
I need all the help I can get. And I'm glad I'm amongst people who gave cured themselves naturally.
I'm open to all answers.

I recommend edging not too close to exercises, give yourself at least 1 hour between exercises and edging.
How slow to do edging? If even doing the slowest you can still triggers involuntary kegels/tension on your pelvic floor, then try simply touching it. Touch on less sensitive areas and then progress to touching on the more sensitive spots.
For some people the most sensitive spot is on the frenulum/under the glans, to others it's close to the uretra, you'll have to make some tests to find it out.
And as you edge, try to always hold a light reverse kegel. Even if they are not enough to stop the IKs, they're slowly teaching your body to be less tense on that area.
Another technique I used that can help you (and I may include it on the main post later) is doing strong but fast RKs as you stroke/penetrate. This is an alternative in case the light but continuous RK isn't helping much.
With every stroke, you'll push your pelvic floor with a strong RK, contract your abs to intensify the RK. This will overtime reduce the IK's strenght and effect on your stamina.
The main point of my cure was mixing edging/sex with RK. Because reverse kegels are the opposite to involuntary kegel, so you want to teach your body to have RKs instead of IKs during sex and stimulation.

Hi Iceclimber,
I started a journey to cure my pre-e, and my pelvic floor is very tense, with some IK. Like when I touch under the balls, the pf is hard, it's like touching a triceps. So I've been doing RK. Should I stop the kegels ? I feel like I only get a morning wood when I do kegels the night before.
How abou jelqing ? should I do it or not ?
Also for edging, I bought a fleshlight STU. Tried it once. Came in 5 seconds. Took a 10 min break, and 5 seconds later I came again, whereas in the past I would never be able to cum 2 times in the same day, even if I masturbate for 30 min the second time, this is how bad my pre-e have gotten.
You say it should be better to start with the hand before jumping in to a fleshlight, but I don't feel anything with my hand. My urge to cum come when there is friction with the head of my penis ( eventhough I'm circumsized ). So should I just keep on training with the STU ?

Stop normal kegels completely, stick only to reverse kegels to cure your PreE. Your erections shouldn't be dependent on kegels, so you should work on improving your EQ while you also work on curing your PreE.
Jelq is usually said to impreove EQ, so yeah continue doing it, but try to fight the involuntary kegels as you do it (I used to have a lot of IKs when doing jelq, so I believe you might have them too).
If your sensitive spot is the head of the penis, then start edging with your hand and lube, focusing the stimulations on the head. If you can last as long as you want with your hand and lube, then yeah continue with the flesh light. Penetrate it very slowly until you feel more confident to go faster.
Yes. Put a finger on the pelvic floor and notice how it expands. You can also feel this expansion when you cough or sneeze.

For what it's worth I appreciate you pointing out exactly where you feel your reverse kegel. Years of reading forums I seen a lot of people write front, back kegel as their solution for fixing, but use the terms to describe different things. Where you mentioned you feel it in the pernium, between the balls and anus. I've see people written that as that location for both the front and back depending on who is describing it, so I always appreciate seeing little details exactly where you feel it to help clarify for people.

Yes I have IKs sometimes while jelqing which I try to fight by holding a RK.
Last time I jelqed I felt like I was about to cum, while jelqing with a 60% erection. How to fight that ? I don't know why I would cum while being just 60% erect. It also happened to me during sex.
