Yes I had some IKs when touching the frenulum. You have to combine stimulating this area slowly while trying to keep your pelvic floor relaxed with RK. You're teaching your body to not contract the pelvic floor muscle when you have stimulation on that area, I've heard it's just like how women have to teach their body to not have gag reflex when deep throating. It's done through constant exposure to this stimulation and trying to not allow your muscle to tense up.
It happens because your body "thinks" that it needs to tense the pelvic floor whenever it feels some stimulation on your penis, and jelqing is some form of stimulation. As I said on my other answer, you need to teach your body that it shouldn't happen, that the pelvic floor doesn't need to tense up when your penis is receiving stimulation, and this is mostly done through combining edging with RKs.
I used to have some ejaculations with a semi erection too and I know how frustating it is, but keep doing the exercises and trainings, keep a healthy life style and keep your mind healthy too, and you'll get there.

Just adding my 2 cents with the RK'S.
They are absolutely Paramount with being able to obtain extraordinary Ejaculation control. The only thing is that it takes time. Perhaps over 1 year to become extremely proficient with using RK's to stay away from your PONR.
This method iceclimber is laying out is going to take some time , so staying committed is key.
In reference to a Fleshlight , I believe getting 100% EQ & just pushing in really deep and hard but sitting in it without moving will really start giving you a good handle on RK'S during stimulation and identifying IK's. A Fleshlight is made to suck the Ejaculation out of you & deep thrust along with getting a good count going before each deep thrust will help in the long run. Instead of just trying to thrust like Superman and getting frustrated because you can't stop an Ejaculation.
When I use my Fleshlight I always push my PONR limit & once I hit it , I'll alternate into Ballooning so my training session can go for 30+ minutes. So it's always my training preference to go back & forth between FL edging + Hand Ballooning. That stamina training technique really sent my Ejaculation control to some real higher heights & deeper depths 🤣🤣🤣

Why do you recommend not doing any regular kegels at all.
I did your Hindu squats method with RK for ten minutes it was interesting.
Edging without porn is rather difficult but with every stroke I do RK's.
Stimulating my sensitive areas is what's an extreme challenge for now.

On hindi squat you're always on the bottom, don't worry about going up and down like in a regular squat exercise. Just try to keep in this pose for as long as possible:

Regular kegels will make your pelvic floor more tense, and one of the main causes for PreE is a tense pelvic floor, so you're only making it worse.

[Icelimber;1489818]I couldn't access the forum yesterday. So, about your questions:
1 - I didn't made any normal kegels, only reverse kegels, because they are the ones who will expand and relax your pelvic floor. I focused more on front RK though I would do some back RK at times. Let's say 10% of the time I did RK were focused on back RK, and the other 90% of it were mainly front RK.
The routine is the same I described on the main post: I would take 10 mins or more everyday to do hindi squat + RKs. And would try to maintain a light RK during most of the day doing my daily activities.
2 - Your problem may also be arousal control. There are two things you can do:
The first is desensitizing yourself to arousal, getting your mind more used to sex and porn. To do that you need to have a gradual exposure to those things and masturbate/have sex slowly until you start to feel you have a better control over your body.
The second thing is relaxation. Breath slowly, do meditative reverse kegel (slowly expand your belly and pelvic floor as you inhale, and let go as you exhale). During masturbation and sex, try to have calming thoughts. A good thing is taking this whole thing less seriously, if you make fun of it in your mind, it can help you to relax.
As you progress on your pelvic floor and mental trainings, you'll gradually have more and more control over your Involuntary kegels and that will bring you more confidence, which will keep you more relaxed during sex.[/QUOTE]

I have read in this forum that a person who has cured his PE has written this:
"This is the MOST IMPORTANT step! I had tried every method to cure my PE to no avail, nothing worked until i started doing penis stretches.
What you need to do is penis stretches. While flaccid form an O with your thumb and index finger and with your pinky facing away from you, grab your penis just under the head. Pull away from your body (You may notice that you already involuntary kegal) If you don't automatically kegal, do one and you will see by doing that your penis is pulled closer to your body. So by pulling away you are stretching your PC muscle.
Pull away from your body at all angles.
Forwards, Up, Down.
Left Down, Left Forward, Left Up
Right Down, Right Forward, Right Up
Hold each stretch for 30 seconds. "
