If only your anus area is expanding you might be doing a back reverse kegel. Try to imagine a balloon inside your perineum expanding and pushing your balls, as if your balls are being pushed away from your body by a balloon that is inside your body.
Another thing I should mention is that, at least for me, sometimes when sitting it's easier to do RK when expanding the belly, while when I'm standing up I feel it's easier to perform a RK when I flex/contract the abs.
I can't guarantee that it applies to everyone, so I think this requires some experimentation from each individual.

Yeah I mean I feel like I’m doing them right. I feel my shaft and everything go out and the lower abs sort of stretch out. But if I put my fingers down on my taint I don’t feel anything at all. Maybe just a slight movement if I simulate trying to pee.

QUick question with the Hindi squats! when you say 10minutes do you mean you sit and hold a 10minute hindi squat? cause i struggle to hold them for 30seconds

Just rest the back of your thighs on your calves. You don't have to keep your ass raised or anything, if you're doing it correctly you shouldn't be doing any struggle to keep in this position. The important part is that you have your legs very separated and your perineum somewhat close to the floor. Then you can push a light RK.
Maybe you would have problems doing that if you're very overweight, but then I don't know how that works for fat people because I'm skinny.
I don't remember exactly how long it took, but I think it was around half a year or more. You really need patience and be ready to face a lot of frustration, specially when after you have a few success during edging sessions and you start gaining some confidence, then on the next session you fail and it feels like you're back at the beggining.Last edited by iceclimber; 08-27-2018 at 09:01 AM.

What up Iceclimber , haven't seen you post in quite a few months.
😂🤣😂🤣 , LOL about being really overweight & trying to hold a Hindi Squat for a couple of minutes. I was doing PE while doing weight loss and would always fall backwards on to my back trying to hold a Hindi Squat. So when you're heavy , putting your back against a wall really helped staying in the position.
Eventually dropping a lot of weight helped me stop doing them against a wall and just doing them regular while simultaneously doing a RK.
You are definitely not lying about RK's taking a long time to get a handle on using them for ejaculation control. I said about 7-8 months but your dead on with the year or more scenario.

What was your average lasting time before you started training, and did you have lifelong or acquired PE? Also when you say you can go 30 minutes does that mean moderate/controlled thrusting or are you able to let loose and go more aggressively while still maintaining control?
